From our initial enquiry, appointment & quote, to completion of work, Rentokil were efficient, helpful, diligent & professional.
Danny, who installed our chemical damp course & removed old blown plaster then re plastered the area was hard working, proficient & cleaned up carefully both indoors & out. He was also very careful of my garden around the house where he was working.
Altogether an excellent experience.

Rentokill’s survey report of my property was thorough covering all aspects of concern yet identified the areas of repair for me to prioritise ahead of others, which was very helpful on a limited budget.

We had a surveyor around to do a damp report on our cottage. After practically saying our cottage should be condemned and leaving me in tears for which we paid £250 for. We was promised a report by last Friday which never arrived. So I rang them up and they said they would email the man and he would phone me but that never happened either.
I phoned today and asked once again where's my report all this receptionists said is that she will email her manager and he will phone me. Guess what never happened 😡😡😡
I do have the name of the man who originally came round but I won't disclose it YET

Professional, friendly, approachable.

I was able to book a slot on the website for 2 days' time and paid the money. Only to find they can't come out for a month! Rentokil advertise a 'swift local service'. It's a lie.

I had a great customer experience with Rentokil Property Care. My enquiry was handled well and an appointment arranged providing me with details in advance. I was very impressed with the thorough survey to my property and reassured by the helpful and informative advice from the surveyor, who was also very respectful of my home.

The response to my enquiry was prompt and efficient. I was appalled by the survey cost of £420 for woodworm in the roof timbers of a flat-roof single garage; although this was taken off the final bill, it effectively ties you in to Rentokil - sharp practice in my view.
The technician turned up ahead of time, having phoned beforehand to confirm this was OK. He was friendly and polite. His 110V transformer tripped my MCB; he said this happens frequently with his equipment, though it should not. His spray gear, which was clearly old and well-used, was blocked and he needed assistance from me to get it working before he could do the job. He was clean and tidy in his work, and gave a thorough explanation.

A good service at all aspects of the operation.The survey was thorough and informative. Excellent service and information when bats were found. Spray operation was thorough by the operator. He was efficient and friendly.

The entire experience was a pleasure. Our surveyor was approachable, knowledgeable and positive. The first part of the work was carried out by two very polite, punctual and hardworking men. They started on time and cleaned up each day, leaving the house in perfect condition for the plasterer. Joseph our plasterer was fastidious in his task. The carpets were thoroughly protected. The walls are beautifully finished, to the extent that he matched the rippled surface on an existing wall. The house was left cleaner than when he started. He is a very professional friendly chap who takes pride in his work. Overall a first class service.

I wish I'd got Rentokil's surveyor (Tony Clark) in years ago instead of relying on a series of roofing firm's to help eradicate damp patches on some internal chimney breasts. Wrongly assumed for years that if the roof and chimneys were made watertight the damp would disappear but that was not the case. Damp due to a problem with salt in the plaster!

We had two contractors in the property working on different projects, normally a recipe for difficulties but Rentokil were fully professional. Job was done quickly with minimal fuss. Site was left clean and tidy at the end.

Overall very good damp proof survey and building works implementation. Highly Recommended with 30yr Guarantee. Quality of work was superb.
