I got scammed by this company- don't trust them. Their product is terrible and the trial is set up to trick you into paying $65 a month even if you cancel the trial.

Didn't cancel subscription and still charged.
This company Rentola ignored my email that I specifically asked to cancel my subscription in the same day that I registered and they still charged a fee, even that I had tried to cancel multiple times using various forms.
Still trying to get my money back from these schamers.

Renola is just a scam
Renola is just a scam. They pretend they are an agency when they just scrape other websites. They sign you up for 3 days free then charge $65 per month for listings that are freely available on trusted sites such as Domain and RealEstate. I got locked out so couldn't cancel my account and therefore charged.
As others say avoid at all costs - use trusted sites.

Total scam, its says $2 for 7 days. And then auto charges you $65 for a month. Also doesn't do what it says. All the listings are already in the available in domain/real estate and other places. When clicking contact the landlord its only takes you to the real estate agents website. DO NOT USE It.

Rentola refunds my money with very kind and fast services even it is my mistake to forget to cancel the subcription before the end of trial period. I am very appreciate with the help and support of the company and Abhinav. I recomend to use the Rentola services for business purpose.

Same as everyone, advertising for a fee of $2 and after one week charge you a fee of $ 66.95 for one month as the small print came out later. I cancelled it straight away but they offer me 3 months free etc etc . I cancel definitely. "

Rentola uses misleading advertising to trap users into unwanted subscriptions. They promote a $2 trial without clearly disclosing that it auto-renews at $65, burying this in fine print. Many, including myself, were unknowingly charged and denied refunds.

0 stars. Complete scam. I never signed up to anything yet later noticed they’d been stealing my money, multiple times, via $65 per month charges, despite simply looking for a rental property. I NEVER agreed to this and they have STOLEN my money. Complete scammers. Worst of all, it appears credit card companies, or mine at least, don’t care.
