Repairmanualnow.com Reviews

My purchase was fast, easy and my download was available very quickly. Can't complain about that!

I got the manual I wanted and it's better than a Chilton's or Hanyes at the same price. The only bad thing is I had to pay to get the Zip program to get it open. That cost me $65.

Great communication, prompt delivery of the PDF, ONCE I gave my vehicles information. All in all, took only a few hours from purchase to having the manual.

Complete scam. Downloaded file only included directions to email company for actual repair manual. Company never responded.

It took several days to provide the download link. I almost canceled payment though it was a scam you should state that electronic fulfillment might take several days. I was also disappointed that links in the text in the manual don’t work. It’s impossible to find the operation they are referring to using the index. It is the factory manual which is what I was looking for thanks for making it available

Sent the wrong year of the car manual & i have emailed MULTIPLE times to request the correct one. No response & the phone # does not work, i feel like this is not legit. And i really need that manual as its a foreign car.

I paid for the downloadable manual and received a zip file instructing me to send an email with my vehicle’s information so that the company could send me the correct manual. I did this promptly and have still not received a manual and it has now been a week. I have reached out to the company several times and have had no response. I have since filed a fraud claim through PayPal since that is how I paid.

What I thought I ordered and what I received are two different things. I received two duplicate files, nothing that covered the component replacement/repair information. I just had blue reference files with no way to open them. There is good overall information in some areas, but nothing like I expected in a shop manual.

They took my money an my repair manual never would come up on my computer, it said it was to late. I have tried to contact them but no response.

The manual is missing wiring diagrams/schematics which I bought manual specifically for. I have not received a response from customer service and sitting in the dark on what is going on. Next week I will be calling my credit card for fraud complaint if this is not resolved.

I needed the manual quickly to download as I was trying to fix a fuel leak issue on my RAM. I got the link in a few hours to download. Big help in having the info to attack the problem correctly

Great customer service. Promptly updated me with status of manual and delivered.

Waste of money. Do yourself a favor and get a legit manual. They ask for vehicle details including year, make, model, engine and VIN# to ensure you get the right manual. I thought great, i will get the manual specifically for my vehicle. But, what I got was a manual that covered 7 years of models. Why bother with the VIN then. If I wanted a non specific manual I would've went with a Haynes. There is also no index. He emailed that there is one to the left. The menu to the left is actually a table of contents, I guess he doesn't know the difference. You can search using the pdf search tool but thats a headache. Look for brake fluid for instance and you get 1000+ references to brake fluid. Have fun going thru them all until you get to what you are looking for. It also has UNNECESSARY information about other vehicle models, I have a Ford, there is information on Chrysler, Subaru, Mazda plus a multitude of other makes i've never heard of, why??
In the end, the manual is worth maybe $10. Don't pay more for it, its not worth it.

Purchased on line repair manual. They sent email back with instructions to send information about vehicle, not sure why the needed this a second time, but no manual yet. Sent 6 emails and Skype no response in a week. Would not purchase from them again. I have informed cc about them. Maybe fraud company. Watch out

Great customer service.

My computer crashed and I lost all my files including one of the manuals that I purchased in 2019. I wrote them an email around 12:12 PM and by 3:pm same
day I had a replacement copy, so, definitely pretty incredible customer service almost three years later after my initial purchase.

The process for ordering the manual was easy, but the manual is not user friendly to use.
