I have not received any information on how to download the manual(s). Sent appropriate email with vehicle information and no replies. Have sent six messages from personal email, four from site message and called numerous times only to ring twice and disconnect each time. What is bad is this site was highly recommended. No response from seller!!! Very disappointed.

Buyer never downloaded the manual it was sent right away. Manual Colorado 1st part expires in two days!
Heads up, this transfer will expire on 11 April, 2022. When this happens, these files will be removed from our servers.

2020 Honda Civic Repair
Generally, I have been able to find the info I was looking for, but it takes some time to find stuff. The links in the text to other pages do not work, or at least I was not able to make them work. In each section there are repeats of the section for different models/years but not always identified as to which. I would assume the original Honda material does not have this. For the most part this is not a problem other than adding many pages to tab through.

Received what I needed but it looks to be a pirated version
I ordered a 2017 Armada service manual.
After I paid the $30, the download link only contained a zip file with a generic pdf instructing to send an email.
I thought I had been scammed but I went ahead and sent the email.
Sure enough, a few hours later they sent me a download link for a zip containing dozens of PDF files that make up the manual.
These files are for individual chapters and there is no index.
The files link to each other but the filenames had mismatching case.
Not a big deal on Windows but it is broken on linux and Mac. I had do some command-line renaming.
It looks like they purchased one copy of the manual and then sent out the individual PDFs from the CD.
I am rating three stars since I sort of got what I needed but the whole process feels sketchy.

There is index file called fwd you start from that file and its all hyperlinked to other sections so you can find what you need right away and its only 13 pdfs for each repair group and they all connected in index page where you just click and it brings you to rake section another click transmission so you find stuff in the manual pretty easy.
As advertised!

If the PDF was a searchable file it would be a much better product. I know for the price I’m not going to have hyper links, but that would be nice.
