Very Pleased With Service
My experience with this company was most pleasant. The ordering process was very easy and customer service was very responsive and helpful. Receiving the lenses took longer than usual due to the lenses coming from out of the country. But once Replacement received them they shipped them immediately. You can trust this is a legitimate company and my lenses were authentic based on my experience with them. I will definitely order from them again in the future.

While we do take great care when relensing customers own frame there is unfortunately always the chance that a frame becomes damaged due to circumstances that are not within our control. While we state this in our policies we did try to offer you a few replacement frame options but unfortunately they did not work for you. I am truly sorry that this happened and your order has been refunded .

Terrible Service, Go to Your Local Optical Shop!
Followed the online instructions for having my sunglass lens replaced, ordered the lenses and sent in my frame. RLE mailed my lenses to me and sent my frames back, without replacing the lens into my frame.
I tried to install the lens myself, following some online instructions, and ended up breaking the replacement lens. So, out $100. For a few dollars more my local optical shop would’ve done the work.
Avoid this company and just take your glasses to a local optician.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion you experienced due to the website not stating clearly enough that this service does not include insertion of the lenses into your old frame. We have taken this information and feedback and will make the necessary changes so that it is clearly stated that the Authentic non-prescription Ray Ban replacement sunglass lens service will not include mailing your frame for the lenses to be inserted. That the lenses will be ordered and sent to the customer who will insert the lenses themselves.
