Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review of your recent purchase with RLE. We are sad to hear that you new lenses are not working as you expected. As we mentioned in our emails with you that we are more than happy to remake the lenses for you and make the necessary changes to the segment height that you first described was placed too low. We provided you with detailed instructions on how to mark your segment height on the lenses and then return the frame and lenses and we would have the lenses remade. Later that day you emailed back to say that you were also having issue with clarity when the transitions were activating. We suggested having your eyes retested to ensure that the new prescription you were given was dialed in correctly for you. We are still more than happy to remake your lenses for you with a new segment height. However we would hate for you to receive the new lenses and you are still experiencing blurry vision so that is why we suggested having a retest of your vision before mailing back the frame and lenses for us to remake them.
We stand behind the quality of our lenses and our craftsmanship, if we make an error we will absolutely correct it by making new lenses for the customer. Our offer still stands and we hope to hear back from you.

Great first experience
This was my first experience with replacement lenses. It was time to get new glasses, and I had a pair of sunglasses I wanted to wear the frame of, so I sent them in. They were returned to me in about a week and a half? Idk but fairly quickly. They were wrapped nicely and returned in the same hard case I sent them in. The prescription is perfect, and they didn't need any adjustment at all. Fit me exactly as they did when I sent them. I am pretty impressed, cuz it was WAY less than any local place I shopped out to just cut me some lenses for my old sunglasses. My prescription is just single vision. I would definitely do this again, and I already told my mother she should try it!

Although my original Rayban frames were discontinued, I was able to order replacement lenses. They fit perfectly and I love that they come with the Rayban logo! Very quick delivery and great customer service!
