Should have research this site before making my purchase. How is Facebook allouwing this scam to continue. Like many, I was impressed with the commercials on social media and information on the website.
I placed an order, received the confirmation email, but nothing after weeks and weeks of waiting. I wrote asking for order updates several times, kept getting a BS email from the company stating that they are going through an "audit inventory" and that my shipment will come soon. It is all BS! It is a SCAM site. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

It won't let me leave zero stars. I've never received my order. They promised a refund I havent gotten that either. Sadly, im a scent junkie and I really wanted my order. Now it looks like I wont get anything for my 80 bucks.

I placed an order with Replika and never received it. No tracking information was ever provided. I am out of $78.00 with nothing to show for it. I am contacting FTC and BBB to report my complaint and receive my refund.

I bought this order through after pay a bundle of the fragrances for 78.00 I ordered on 3-24-26 and it's been over 2 weeks I still haven't received this order the tracking info is bogus and always says the postage was not paid by the merchant obviously this company is a scam beware!!!!!! I'm mad too

Awful. I spent 78 dollars a month ago and still haven’t gotten the bottles I paid for.

I placed my order Jan 30th. I received a confirmation email the following day and two days later an order number. It is now Feb 17th and I have no tracking information, even after sending emails. I received a generic response from “ed” that said my package was being monitored closely but still couldn’t get me tracking information. This is either a scam company or grossly incompetent. Don’t waste your money with them.

On January 2, 2026, after seeing all the commercials and hearing everyone rave about the Replika scent, I decided to give it a try. I placed an order and received an email stating the items would be delivered in two weeks. Then, I got an email asking me to rate my experience and the product—the irony being that I never received the product.

I emailed them explaining that I couldn’t review something I never received. Their response? They were out of stock and asked me to give them another week or so. It’s now been almost a month and a half, and still no product. I’m currently working with my credit card company to get my money back.

The website does not have any contact information; it is all AI.

**Warning to others:** Avoid this company. Don’t waste your money or your time. If they can’t fulfill orders, they shouldn’t be taking payments.

My order was never delivered only contac is an AI .get getting g the same answers. .... are they scaming people.????

Agree with previous reviews . No item delivered in spite of getting email with a tracking number.
Be aware. Do not order anything from this company

I placed an order on 12/26/25. I was provided confirmation and shortly (a couple of days later) a tracking number.
I emailed the company on 1/6/26 stating that my tracking number still shows “not found”, I received a reply on 1/8/26 stating that a new shipment would be dispatched immediately and I should receive tracking info within the next day or two. It is currently 1/14/26, I have not received any further information or updates. I have emailed the company again letting them know I will be disputing this charge as fraud. I will also be doing my due diligence in informing the people I know of their incompetence and practices to hopefully disrupt their business. If anyone has any information on origin or address I would greatly appreciate that information.

I placed an order on 12/29/25 and today it is 1/10/26. They still have not sent me tracking for my order. I have told them twice now that I want to cancel my order and get a refund. They will not honor my request. They tell me it's on its way and thank you my understanding. I never want to deal with them again.

Replika Scents
These perfumes smell more like a chemical mix. Nowhere near originals. They are not cheap replica, they are useless. Will not use them. Will throw them in the garbage.
I have used the originals and hence gave this a try. Sorry to say these smell cheap and might cause allergies.

They said free shipping but when it arrived, usps said I needed to come to their office and pay for the shipping before I could collect it. I ended up paying $17.00. Also, it took forever for the product to arrive. Will not recommend.

While the scent was nice, I have no way of comparing it to what they are claiming unless I buy the $400 bottle. They claim it lasts 10-12 hours but I find it goes away within an hour or two at best. Bottom line is you get what you pay for, in this case a watered down replicant

I ordered scents from Replika on July 9. Based on their website I expected 5 day shipping. The "shipping label" was created but the package never went anywhere. Their email: "After resolving the issue with USPS, we’ve been advised to send a replacement shipment, which we’re now preparing for you." This was July 26. There were other boilerplate form letter emails thanking me for my patience.
I informed Replika that if I didn't have a tracking number by noon, July 31, I would ask my bank to challenge the charge. I did just that.
The next day I received a tracking number. I was prepared to accept the order and call off my bank if the product was shipped. I followed the order through the USPS website and watched as the order was "delivered" to an address in Miami, Florida - about 1,300 miles, as the crow flies from my home in Missouri. This is either gross incompetence or a scam. You decide

The bottles look so much more premium than the price suggests. Glass feels substantial and the cap fits perfectly with a satisfying click.
