The account I wanted wasn't available, but was easily resolved through an alternative account, communication was swift and easy and they give appropriate compensation where necessary. Account was perfect when received with exactly what I expected.

The account came perfectly fine.. but after further inspecting I noticed there’s a purchase on the Genshin account; meaning there’s no way to ever fully secure it even if you change the email and password. I’ll probably be treating the account as a backup, not making it my main because of this reason.

Well at first I received the wrong account but with just a couple emails they send the right things and they were so helpful and patient!!

after a few hours of my making my order, customer service contacted me to let me know they did not have my product in stock and if i wanted the same account on another server.
i asked if i could instead replace it with a different account on the same server, and i got a reply near instantly that it was okay. the issue was resolved very quickly and i am very happy with what i got!
all my experiences with customer support have been lovely, this is my go-to store for rerolls.
