Be careful, this website deliberately lies about the actual value of the accounts they sell. I bought an account advertised with a "100k+ primogems value". After a strict mathematical check of the entire inventory (Intertwined Fates + Acquaint Fates + raw primogems) and with the Pity counter strictly at 0, the account only contained 91,463 primogems. Nearly 10% of the promised product is missing. This is a clear case of false advertising and deceptive commercial practice.
Their customer service completely ignores complaints, but you should know that you can get your money back legally and for free without dealing with them.
REFUND PROCEDURE FOR EVERYONE WHO GOT SCAMMED:
Do not waste your time trying to contact the website. Contact your bank or credit card issuer immediately. Ask them to initiate a "CHARGEBACK" (retro-charge) procedure under the official reason code "Merchandise not as described" or "Not as advertised".
This is a mandatory international process managed by Visa and Mastercard. Your bank will directly pull the funds back from this fraudulent website's bank account and credit your money back. On top of that, the website will be hit with heavy penalty fees by the payment networks. Do not let them keep your money! (Edit: you need some screenshot as proof)

This isn't the first time I got screwed over. I bought an account that didn't even have what was being offered. Now this time, I didn't receive what was supposed to be delivered a week prior. I emailed and tried to get in contact with the support team, asking for a refund, but received no response. I will not be buying from these guys ever again and highly recommend you DON'T either. I was at first having trouble with logging into the email to get the verification code. I got help and they were very quick and easygoing with everything. When I hit a problem trying to use an account I bought for JJK Phantom Parade, I contacted support and they were very fast, friendly, patient, and understanding. They went above and beyond to help me and take my experience the best it could be.

My only problem is that they don't advertise what they promise. I would buy a $45-$50 account that promises 90k or 100k, but when I log in, I see little of what I was hoping to get. They talked to me about the account bonuses, and I wasn't gonna hear it. If there are bonuses, specify clearly about it. Because a lot of us Buyers won't care or read, and are expected to get what we paid for. That is all.

Horrible service. Paid 50 dollars (i know)
for an account, just to get an account I didnt pay for and got scammed. I tried reaching out to customer service and they ghosted me because they couldnt refund me or exchange the account they gave me for one I actually paid for. Misleading and scammy.
