GamesBay Reviews

This is first time that am buying an account from a website and i can say that they are very trustworthy, fast delivery good deals amazing coupon and sales and most of all the luck that comes with you account.

Account bought isn‘t working, support is non existent and doesn‘t respond. I HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST BUYING ANYTHING ON THIS SITE!

Dipped my feet in a smaller account to test the waters and was pleasantly surprised. So I bought what I was looking for and got even more then I was asking on the bigger account. One of the few quick reliable trustworthy sites. During high demand times around anniversaries it can take a little longer but they always deliver

I bought a genshin prefarmed account delivered in minutes uhh you will get emails but I personally really like them and customer support is amazing they respond instantlly.

This company is utter garbage. Believe me or not—it’s up to you if you want to waste your money.

I bought three accounts from this company, each for a different game.

None of the three accounts were as advertised, and one of them didn’t even include any of the characters listed in the description.

Their customer support is terrible. It’s been two days, and they still haven’t replied to my email or my live chat inquiry.

Hell I even tried joining the discord in hopes of spamming one of the mods to actually do something about the accounts

But alas the discord is useless too.

Do I recommend this company? I would rather eat garbage than buy from them ever again.

Should you buy something? It's up to you. If you want to look like an idiot and waste your money then go for it

to me the service is really fast and easy, i don't order anything besides reroll accounts but i never had any problems with them ever since i started ordering them^^_^ , no day long delays or any issues with the delivery. it comes immediately a few seconds or minutes after buying, which is pretty good ! i don't have any negative experience or feedback to say about it, it's a website that i can trust and a website that's very efficient and reliable.

Scam, pure scam

I bought a Neuvillette + Signature account they gave me a totally different account, tried to live chat, email, discord them and got no response was totally scammed, people beware they are a scam, i will try to chargeback my purchase with bank as i have proof of their wrongdoing.

I am writing to warn potential buyers about my terrible experience with GamesBay following the purchase of a gaming account (Order #179512, Dec 2).

The account is completely inaccessible (I cannot log in), and the customer support has been non-existent and deeply frustrating.

Here are the critical issues:

NO ACCESS TO ACCOUNT/EMAIL: The account is linked to a highly suspicious email address (****@jiankj.cn). I was given this email and its password, but I cannot access the inbox. All attempts to reach the necessary webmail login (required for initial verification and full account takeover) result in a "Forbidden" (403) error. This indicates the email is either single-use or deliberately inaccessible to the customer. Without access to the email inbox, I cannot receive the required verification codes, making the purchased account unusable.

NON-EXISTENT LIVE SUPPORT: I attempted to resolve this issue through the live support chat, where I waited for over 5 hours without receiving a single reply from an agent. This is unacceptable for a service that sells time-sensitive digital products.

FAILURE TO PROVIDE ESSENTIAL INFO: I have tried reaching out to them to get the correct Webmail URL or server settings, but I have received no meaningful assistance. They are failing to provide a working product or the essential tools/information needed to secure the product they sold.

GamesBay is selling products that are fundamentally flawed upon delivery because they do not provide the necessary means to fully take over the account, and they offer ZERO support when problems arise. My purchased account is unusable due to their technical failure.

Avoid this service if you expect to receive a working product or any form of customer assistance.

I purchased the account "36 Poke Gold | 2500+ Pack Hourglass | 3000+ Wonder Hourlgass | 6000+ Shop Ticket | 3000+ Cards.

Not even half of what was promised, only the Poke Gold is kinda close.
When contacting the support the just respond with a standard answer like "it was fully functional".
Just getting half of what you paid for is not fully functional in my opinion.....

It’s been months and I never received an account.

Don't give me an account, and delete all the informations about selling

Perfect, I love this shop

Got what I asked for instantly, got the email and password so I could change it and protect myself, for keeping the account safe. Bought from them twice and recommend it

quick delivery and got everything i bought

Bought an account, recieved it 12 hours later, logged in and changed the name on it, left because i had to do something and came back to most of the wishes used up, another name on the account and yet to wait to hear back from them, which also takes ages
