Trust the bad reviews about this company scamming people out of money after selling the wrong item or selling a fraud banned account, then refusing refunds. $50 I'm out of because they lied about the account being legitimate and I couldn't even access it once and they refused to help...

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT TRUST!!! i paid $50 for an account and couldn't even login once because I was hit with a "suspicious activity" error when I tried. I contacted customer service from Gamesbay and they claimed it was working fine at delivery so they won't do anything even thought I was never able to access it. This company is disgusting and shady DO NOT TRUST!!!

It got delivered really quick and had everything on it! Pulls were also really good

ordered a Grand Summoners JP account with 3000 gems, only got 1500 raw gems then they told me “3000 gems is the total value of all units and resources on the account” seems a bit stupid to advertise it as a 3000 GEM account then, also “guaranteed” 2 units pictured on the listing, never got any of them, i complained and got offered a 30% discount then got ignored when i complained about the discount and when they did respond they offered the discount again

Ho sempre voluto un secondo account ma non volevo iniziare da zero, con poco ti fai un account semi farmato con tante pull per divertiti a prendere i tuoi PG preferiti, sicuramente in futuro comprerò per altri giochi. 10/10 anche l'assistenza che non avendo capito come fare per collegare l'account è stata veloce e gentilissima. Lo consiglio a chiunque piaccia fare un reroll ma non cominciare da zero o semplicemente vuole iniziare un nuovo gioco ma non dover fermare tutto da 0 come genshin che adesso è molto avanti e fare tutto è veramente pesante. Grazie ancora 😊✨

Actual scam, just bought from them and got an account significantly lower value than advertised. (150k+ gems and 250+ tickets) only received 100k gems and 50 tickets. They tried to argue "equivalent value" but basic math argues otherwise. They will outright lie and try to gaslight you, do not trust them.
