Kevin helped me to understand the process and answered all my questions. I feel a relief to now have a plan to get out of debt, I know it is the best solution for me. Kevin provided exceptional customer service and was very helpful. He didnt rush my decision and was quick to reply back.

I started the process of request for a loan yesterday..I am under debt review but I was told to pay the admin fee of R2500 and the insurance protection fee of 3999.99..because I applied on their website I trusted then..they communicated well with me with the emails and they also send the proof of payment and told me that I will receive the funds in 60 to 120min..it was around 11:49 till now 23:13 I still didn't receive the funds..I checked with my bank thinking maybe there is money waiting to clear but they told me there is nothing..I am heartbroken.

Received a letter to contact them. I did that 3 weeks ago (and entered my "code" from the letter). No response after one week!
I sent a follow up email - no response after another week.
Last week, I sent an email asking if they were a scam?
No response.
SCAM!! AVOID!!
