I thought that Jolene‘s experience made her call so much easier. When I first called to arrange a stay, I made it clear that there was a death in the family and I was not sure if I would need to stay for Saturday or Sunday she was empathetic to my situation She was knowledgable about the different packages that you have available. She explained to me if I need to change I would just have to call customer service and give me the number. It was a pleasure doing business with her.

Nickel and dimed.
When i mentioned to Benjamin that I was a Best Western Rewards member, and asked for the discount (which ive received every other time I made a reservation at Bronco Inn), he didn't apply it. The price he quoted me on the phone for the room, plus tax and fees, was lower than the price I was charged on my credit card.
