I was stranded in Orlando airport on April 9th. Unfortunately I had to book a reservation at the Hyatt the only hotel there. I spoke to a customer service representative, she booked me in a room after being on the phone for over an hour by the way. And when I walked up to the reservations desk I was told I did not have a reservation now. That there were no longer rooms as well. Your customer service representative did not find a room at the Hyatt so she booked me into La Quinta. I called to get my money back from you as I could not get to that hotel. I was told it would take five to seven business days. So you took my money put me somewhere I didn't ask to be put and then refuse to give me my money back. Forcing me to sleep in an airport on benches. I'm 6 years old with disabilities. And here it is 8 Days later. I've already called twice and they're working on a decision about my refund? Well, guess what? Now I take this company to court and pursue legal action. All I wanted was my money back so that I could stay in another hotel. I have been harassed hung up on put on hold transferred, and even told that they're still deciding whether I deserve a refund. All this I have recorded so that I can let the judge hear it. All these online places are nothing but scams. And people have to continue to write their reviews out there, so other people know what they're getting into. Do not go on to reservations.com. they will put you wherever they want whenever they want and will hold your money

Deceptive. They presented and confirmed themselves as the actual hotel not a booking site. Extremely misleading and when I called back to try and figure out who I booked through we ended up in an argument before they reluctantly gave me the name of their business and website after blaming me for falling for their misrepresentation. No actual problem with checking into the hotel but I would caution everyone to avoid them entirely. Could’ve saved 60$ if I had really been speaking with my hotel. I fell for their scam.
