Responsiv have added so much value to our Blueworks experience. Our Account Manager expertly manages our licencing needs. Responsiv provide a wealth of knowledge and experience and the team are great to work with.

Responsiv were contacted to obtain a license for IBM MQ Software. They were very professional and efficient at dealing with my request.

My recent experience of collaborating with Repsonsiv people as part of the above project was hugely fulfilling. The architects led on their technical specialist areas and drove forward the changes in the most effective of manners. In some instances clear requirements were not available, technical constraints were imposed and key decision-makers were not always available. Despite this they continued to find ways to progress the project objectives and enforce quality, provide clear communication and demonstration of their work and always worked to foster a great team spirit.

Alice and Jack from Responsiv were excellent, helping us design and start the development of a new service to process emails that come into the office. The process will reduce the amount of manual intervention needed from internal staff and will store the emails and attached documents in a database for audit purposes and further processing

Pankhuri has provided exceptional customer service over the past 2 months on multiple courses through both email and telephone conversations. Responsiv provided an all-day training session on IBM MQ for the team.

They made sure to ask at the start how familiar everyone on the team was with IBM MQ so they could tailor the presentation to the team, explaining key terms and providing great use-case examples to help with our understanding.

Plenty of opportunity was provided throughout to ask questions, as well as enough time at the end to provide further demos.

They recorded the training session for us to refer back to in the future as well as providing the presentation itself.

Great training offered and we will be considering further training days with them in the future.

Help and Insightful for a new user of MQ, at some points maybe a little too much was covered in a short time which could lead to a bit of confusion. But in general very helpful.
