Wow! This company is great. I’ve used a few other companies for CPAP supplies and I find RespShop to be one of the BEST.
I ordered a Phillips Dreamwear mask with pillows by mistake. I should have ordered the Phillips dream wear mask with cushion.
Luckily the cushion and pillows are interchangeable. So I called to see if I could just order the cushion. The woman that answered the phone was so nice. She let me know that they did sell the cushion separately.
She said she would be sending one out.
Unbelievable…there was no charge. In today’s day and age this is almost unheard of, everyone else seems to be upping their prices and trying to get the most $$$ that they can.
I will definitely be using RespShop in the future. What a nice company! Try them, you won’t be sorry.

AirMini CPAP
An incomplete description of all that was needed for an air mini CPAP. The website said all you needed was an adapter. Turns out you need a different tube and mask. I paid for overnight shipping twice to get the correct parts, and still didn't get what was needed for the machine. Very disappointed in having to pay extra and still not getting the machine to work properly before my trip.

I had THE BEST experience with RESP Shop! TSA lost my cpap machine, so I was without one for three long nights on my vacation. I decided I had to buy one and finally found RESP shop and wonderful Christina, who actually answered the phone and was persistent in getting me through all the necessary steps to get one shipped out by the deadline and OVERNIGHT delivery to my hotel the very next day. Finally I could sleep. She even called me back to say she hadn't received the emailed doctor's order so I could track it down in time for shipping.
I never want to deal with those national companies again!! LOVE my Breaz travel unit. Still hadn't gotten my replacement until today so I've been using this for close to a month.

In addition, Rubin's videos were so helpful when I was deciding which travel CPAP to buy. This company also gives free shipping for all orders after spending $300 once. It is a very good deal.
