We bought this hoping it would help my husband's Parkinson's symptoms. We did the buy two get one free option, but somehow it changed to the buy two without us choosing it and also signed us up for a subscription, which we did not intentionally choose. When I called, they said our order was for just two without the free one. I went online and went through the process of "ordering" without finalizing and the same thing happened. I cancelled the subscription, but not before they sent another set. I called to return it, got the address and sent the return (without using it, I was so upset) for a measly 34$. The tracking said it had arrived, and I emailed to let them know (they had asked me to let them know when it arrived, which is also sketchy). Now all I'm getting is Mailer Daemon's and can't contact them. So, they ended up with our money (approx 180$) AND the product. A definite scam!!!!! VERY ANGRY
We just got the package we returned to them back today - undeliverable.
I decided to email them one more time, did get a reply. They apologized and refunded our purchase amount. Not sure why I had so much trouble contacting them or why our package was returned to us. I would not buy from them again, but they did eventually make it right, though we are still out our 35$ for sending the product back.

The product arrived in a timely manner and we are pleased with the results of using this product.

I’m writing for my mom, a stroke victim who fell prey to the ridiculous claims of this shady company. First, be aware that Caffeine is the first ingredient listed on the label. Yet nowhere is the quantity disclosed. There is no third part testing to verify the contents are what they claim, and since they nowhere specify the quantity, one cannot verify that either.

Secondly, this is another one of those subscription scams: “subscribe and save”. Then when you try to figure out how to cancel, it’s impossible. Somehow my mom signed up for five concurrent subscriptions. I removed her debit card info but not before they had already processed three. Within three weeks of her first order.
There is NO research backing up any of their claims, just rave “reviews.” Unverified. They are preying on a vulnerable population of whom many have cognitive impairment. This just disgusting. The supplement market is completely unregulated by the US federal government and this allows victimization of vulnerable people by the worst grifters out there.

The product is sketch and forget about being able to return it unless you want to pay outrageous shipping costs. The return warehouse is in London. I believe that this company preys on people’s desperation to find something to help their loved ones, only to receive something that is generic, not at all like the ad or device it was proclaimed to be. Then with return shipping being nearly as much as the product price, you end up keeping it for a discount once you state your frustration. False hopes bring good business I guess. Wish I had read reviews before I bought into the claims. Lesson learned.

Restural NeuroFuel coffee did not work for me. I hoped it would make me feel more alert and lift my brain fog, but it made me feel odd, rather lightheaded. I tried one cup per day for three days then stopped and felt better. It took about two days to feel normal again. I tried to return it within the 90 days after purchase for the full refund as per company policy, but upon a request for a refund, I was told by customer service to take and send a photo of the product plus a photo of the product packaged for return, then wait for approval to ship it, then pay for shipping to the UK! I decided on the alternative offer and took the big loss of the cost of the coffee for a 25% refund from Restural. This was a costly trial of a product which guaranteed a full refund if I didn't like it. But the company made getting that refund too complicated and time consuming.

Losing strength within a week. And RMA process is resistant. They do not guarantee their product

Just received it after some 14 days( from China?).
Surprised at how flimsy it looked -cheap plasticky.
Charged it up for 60 mins then tried it.
Nothing!
Lights came on, I tried all the different settings and each time the device powered off after a minute.
Trying to find out who to complain to

We are always researching for modalities that could enhance my husband's mobility. He suffered a hemorrhagic stroke after a cycling accident. His stroke was induced in the ER where he was taken by an infusion of anticoagulants. We have done all of the conventional rehab treatments and he has made good progress but while we are in acceptance, we are not giving up. When restural came into our sights we immediately hopped on board. We are hopeful that he can experience more improvement.

Worst ever still waiting for product ordered on May 5 2026 I’ve been trying to reach out for assistance no real concrete assistance and have unknowingly have been charged a second time and I didn’t ask for anything past just the one order will never use again

Stay away! Highly deceptive. Product simply did not work for me at all. I tried to return it and the first thing they did was to claim that the deadline had already passed which it did not. Then they offered a small percentage refund in order for me to not return it. I declined. Then they insisted that I return it to London England Which is very expensive. When I did return it to London England they did not accept the return and sent it back! And then they claimed that it was the wrong address that I sent it to! The entire process is a well orchestrated repetitive scam. Stay away!

Smooth taste, taste like regular coffee. I have been drinking a cup for the past 20. Days. Some improvement of PD symptoms, but no major changes yet.

So far so good. Haven’t used the devices enough to track meaningful progress, but we are hopeful.

I have returned the item that I purchased from them. I thought they were located in USA That’s where my credit card charge was from. That is what they say on their website. Come to find out you have to pay return shipping to London, United Kingdom. When carrier attempt to delivered it was not received. I would never order anything from them besides the fact that their product does not seem to work at all. Very misleading, I feel like this was very sneaky, unethical and misleading.

I love my EMS. After using it twice a day, I can actually feel my feet and lower legs after 20+ years. I have MS and a vestibular disorder and I can walk so much better my family and I can't believe it! It's a miracle. They answer immediately if you have any questions. I highly recommend this product and am so happy I found it!

you dont have a working customer service number to talk to someone. when trtying to return the product back. you are not helpful at all.

They are not located in the United States, shipping and return policies are terrible. Do not purchase anything from this company.

I've been using Neurofuel & the EMS stimulator for my PD, I am extremely happy with both!! I saw my PT last week & she said that the stimulation has drastically improved my blood flow and movement in my feet, I've been using it most days since it arrived and I'm noticing less frequent and intense freezing episodes!

Absolutely EXEMPLARY customer service from Kate. She provided thorough, extensive insight regarding the sizes & fitting of the glove. She was polite, pleasant & patient. Unfortunately, my hand/fingers contractures are too severe to work the device properly.
I LOVE the EMS device! Despite my horrible bilateral foot drop, my helper is able to manipulate & strap my feet down for me to use it. After 20 years in a wheelchair it's divine to feel those 6 alternating sensations in my feet. I'm telling every MS patient I see about it.

I have Dystonia in my right foot so I bought the pad in the hopes it would give me some relief. I'm happy to say it has. The stimulation is calming to that area, and while I know there's no cure, I am happy with my purchase and use it daily.
