私はResumeBirdに80円を支払いましたが、その後、同意した認識のないサブスクリプション料金として7,100円を請求されました。

80円は返金されましたが、7,100円の返金問題は未解決です。

カード発行会社から、異議申し立ては取り下げられたと説明を受けました。しかし、取り下げをResumeBirdに伝えてから14営業日が経過しても、返金されませんでした。

ResumeBirdは当初、取り下げを認識したと回答し、自社システム上で異議申し立てが終了扱いになれば返金すると約束しました。しかし、その後は矛盾について明確な説明をしないまま、異議申し立ては依然として継続中だと主張するようになりました。

決済処理会社に直接問い合わせたかどうかを尋ねましたが、明確な回答は得られていません。

7,100円の返金問題は未解決です。支払い前にサブスクリプションの条件を十分に確認することをおすすめします。

履歴書を作成するために利用しました。80円の料金については納得して払いましたが、まさか自動的に継続で会員になるとは知らず、「7,100円の支払いが承認された」というメールで初めて知りました。80円の支払いに関してのメールは届いていませんし、自動更新の案内メールもありません。
通常であれば、80円購入の際のメールにて、7日後のトライアルが終わったら自動更新の案内があって然るべきではないですか!?
2度メールで返金をお願いしましたが、出来ないの一点張りです。
履歴書を作成する人は求職者がほとんどだと思いますが、仕事に就きたい求職者を馬鹿にしているように感じました。
やり方が汚いです！返金を要求します！

カード明細に「海外利用RESUMEBIRD.COM利用国CYP」80円、7,100円と見知らぬ請求。不正利用されたと不安になり調べたところ履歴書作成サイトだと判明！個人情報登録してないのにGoogle payで決済され不信感しかない！そして決済した案内など貰ってない！解約（サブスクキャンセル）できる項目をみつけたのでクリックしたら1,980円の追加請求、いったい何なのか！解約受け付けましたのメールは届いたので返金依頼の問い合わせ中！料金形態の説明を分かりやすくしないとトラブルの元！

I was charged 24.95 usd that I didn’t even use the access after downloading the cv on 1 usd trial and there is no mention about the renewal or any notification before the trial end. This is total scam especially who really need that big amount of money and still struggling to find job!

I only paid a small fee to download a resume once, but was not informed that it would be converted to an automatic subscription, and $24.95 was automatically charged to me without prior notification or consent.

I only discovered the automatic subscription this afternoon after the charge. I immediately canceled the subscription this evening and emailed customer service, but was told that a refund was not possible.

Please assist me with the refund process; otherwise, I will report this website's automatic subscription charges to my credit card company, and this will be a disputed charge that I will refuse to pay.

I paid a small one-time fee just to download my resume once, and I was never properly informed that this would turn into a recurring subscription. Today (October 16, 2026), I was suddenly charged KRW 59,000 without any prior notice or consent.

I have NOT used the service at all since this charge occurred, and I immediately canceled the subscription and emailed customer support requesting a full refund.

If you do not process a 100% full refund of KRW 59,000 immediately, I will file an official chargeback dispute with my credit card company for deceptive recurring billing. Please check my support ticket and refund my money immediately.

The Worst Experience I've Ever Had

On October 6, I paid KRW 1,500 to download my resume, believing it was a one-time payment. I had absolutely no idea that I would be charged KRW 59,000 just seven days later.

The website advertised "No registration required," and I never knowingly created an account or set a password. I also received no subscription confirmation or payment notification. How was I supposed to cancel a subscription I didn't even know existed?

I contacted customer support immediately after the charge, but they repeatedly refused my refund request. Despite explaining my situation and asking specific questions, I kept receiving nearly identical responses about their refund policy. It honestly felt like nobody was actually reading my messages.

I only used the service once and never used it again. KRW 59,000 is not a small amount of money for me.

This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I have completely lost trust in this service.

80円で履歴書を作成し、7日間トライアルは確認できていたため、翌日には解約手続きを行いました。ですが解約手続き後、1980円カードから引き落とされていました。問い合わせたところ追加のオファーがあったためその料金が1980円とのこと。解約手続きしただけの認識で、何もオファーをした覚えはありません。非常に不親切なサイトです。問い合わせに関しても返金対象ではない。利用規約に記載されているの一点張りです。他の方も上げているように、もっと分かりやすい表示にするべきです。今後はこのような海外のサイトは利用しないよう気を付けようと思いました。
追記：こちらは7日間トライアル中に解約しようと処理を進めていただけです。継続の手続きをしていたわけではありません。それなのに、意図しないところで料金が発生するのはおかしいです。引き落とされる前に、確認のメッセージ等もありませんでした。このような支払いが発生したことはこれまでに体験したことありません。やはり問題だと思います。

Extremely poor service. They will provide you a UI and immediately ask for payment to download. Once you pay for say 1 week they have perpetual card access and unless you check you will be charged every month. Even manual cancellation is impossible. They have intentionally designed the site such that one cannot cancel it manually. Don't trust these scamsters. They even have poor support response. I asked why I cant cancel and it was replied with a Thank You and asked me whether they can delete the account and avoiding my questino intenionally.

they just published that there will only 1.5 aed payment for 7 days access and then after 7 days charged 110 aed from my card and kept sayin as per their terms and condition it is mentioned . i have even proof that when i did the payment it had nothing mentioned about a renewal

I used ResumeBird to create a resume and paid ¥80. I had no intention of signing up for an ongoing subscription, and I do not remember knowingly agreeing to a ¥7,100 recurring charge.
I was therefore extremely surprised to discover that ¥7,100 had been charged to my credit card.
The fact that a low-cost ¥80 service can result in a much larger recurring charge that the customer may not clearly realize they have agreed to is extremely concerning.
I have already requested a refund. I am asking ResumeBird to clearly provide:
The exact date and time when I allegedly agreed to the subscription
The exact page and wording that informed me that I would be charged ¥7,100
Evidence that I explicitly agreed to the recurring subscription
A full explanation of why I was charged ¥7,100
I am not disputing that I used the ¥80 resume service. I am disputing the ¥7,100 recurring charge because I did not knowingly agree to it.
I strongly request a full refund of the ¥7,100 charge.
I have seen other users reporting very similar experiences involving an ¥80 initial payment followed by a ¥7,100 subscription charge. This makes me concerned that this is not an isolated misunderstanding.
If ResumeBird believes this charge was properly authorized, please provide clear evidence of my consent rather than simply referring me to the terms and conditions.
I hope ResumeBird will resolve this fairly and issue the refund.

I paid €1.00 for a trial, cancelled immediately, and was still charged €16.40 for a monthly subscription I never signed up for.

After I requested a refund, I only received automated replies. One of them claimed my refund of €24.95 had been approved, which is not even the amount I was charged. More than a week later, I have still not received any refund.

No real person has looked at my case, and the replies contradict the facts. Be very careful before entering your card details here.
