ResumeMaker.Online was introduced to me through my courses at the Zero To Mastery Academy as an elegant and effective tool to build a resume while maintaining simplicity. The service delivered exactly that! I found the user interface extremely easy to use. A great feature of this service is its no-strings-attached approach, allowing you to create your resume for free to see if you are happy with this online service. You only need to pay the fee once you decide to download your resume. The service focuses on creating a digital resume that you can share everywhere. It's not optimized for printing a resume if you go beyond the standard one-page resume. That said, if you can keep your resume to one page, then you'll be able to print it as well, making this service the only tool you need for job applications. The company owner, Fernando, responds quickly to any queries or issues you have with professionalism. For these reasons, I give ResumeMaker.Online 5 stars.

Fast, simple and looks really professional!

I used ResumeMaker.Online to create a resume and ended up being charged multiple times. Initially, I paid twice due to a technical issue (did not receive the first email). Later, both accounts were charged again for monthly subscriptions I never intended to keep.

While I accept responsibility for possibly overlooking the subscription terms, I believe offering a subscription model for a resume builder is highly questionable, as most users only need the service once.

What made this experience worse was the tone of the communication from support. Instead of understanding the situation or trying to resolve it professionally, the response was dismissive and confrontational, essentially blaming the customer and refusing any refund.

For anyone considering this service, please be aware that it uses an ongoing subscription model. Read everything carefully before paying. There are free alternatives that provide the same result without this hassle.

This is a real product, I got my resume well done through this app. One star reviews are not about ResumeMaker.online, those are about some other tool with similar name.

It's simple, it's effective, it's direct. Landed multiple jobs with it. Tried and true.

Perfect editor for an average man/woman who wants to write a cv or personal letter. Easy to use. Recommended!

great service and very useful to update my resume

My Problem is, i couldn't download my resume at the end and also i've already tried many times to go on Profile and clicked on Contact Support to solve this bug with your team. But unfortunately, nothing is working. how can we now exchange, because i try everyday, thinking the server was too busy to retrieve the data. it displays a blue color on my screen and it's loading but nothing is donloading into my pc!!

The experience was ok. I tried to create a resume but was not totally happy with it. I still had to do all the heavy lifting and fine tuning after.

Na stránce nikde nenajdete nějaké upozornění nebo ikonku že máte dané předplatné. Až když vám po 14 dnech přijde -649kč z vašeho účtu do jejich kapsy a vy se opět vrátíte na stránku a pokusíte se kontaktovat podporu poprvé uvidíte okénko ke zrušení předplatného a poprvé se dozvíte že máte nějaké předplatné. Kontakt podpory je také marný odepíše vám pouhá umělá inteligence s před vygenerovaným textem že vám nemohou vrátit peníze z tohoto a tohoto důvodu.

Really easy resume builder! Made my experience incredible and my resume is now attractive to potential companies. Customer service is also incredible. Definitely worth the try.

This website makes writing your resume CAKE. Didn’t really utilize the AI too much since it wasn’t giving me the paragraph style I prefer, but regardless, I would a thousand times recommend this site over any template on Google docs. My best advice is to write out whatever you want in your notes app then copy & paste in. Fernando was really nice, quick and helpful with an issue I was having (I think it’s my computer) which I really appreciated. Thank you!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with ResumeMaker.Online. After canceling my subscription, I requested a refund multiple times, but all my requests were ignored. The lack of response from customer support is frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better service and communication, but this was not the case. I wouldn't recommend the platform based on my experience, especially if you need reliable customer support.

I’d like to clarify my situation. I used the tool for one month, but when I no longer needed it for the second month, I attempted to cancel my subscription. There was no clear button or option to do so, which is why I reached out to ask about the cancellation process. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any response to my inquiry at that time.
My request was not about misunderstanding subscriptions, but about poor communication and the lack of a proper cancellation process. This reflects bad product management, and I believe any customer would expect clearer instructions and better service.
