ResumeMaker.Online Reviews

This website makes writing your resume CAKE. Didn’t really utilize the AI too much since it wasn’t giving me the paragraph style I prefer, but regardless, I would a thousand times recommend this site over any template on Google docs. My best advice is to write out whatever you want in your notes app then copy & paste in. Fernando was really nice, quick and helpful with an issue I was having (I think it’s my computer) which I really appreciated. Thank you!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with ResumeMaker.Online. After canceling my subscription, I requested a refund multiple times, but all my requests were ignored. The lack of response from customer support is frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better service and communication, but this was not the case. I wouldn't recommend the platform based on my experience, especially if you need reliable customer support.

I’d like to clarify my situation. I used the tool for one month, but when I no longer needed it for the second month, I attempted to cancel my subscription. There was no clear button or option to do so, which is why I reached out to ask about the cancellation process. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any response to my inquiry at that time.
My request was not about misunderstanding subscriptions, but about poor communication and the lack of a proper cancellation process. This reflects bad product management, and I believe any customer would expect clearer instructions and better service.

The tool is good, has a nice clean design and can import a CV. BUT: It lost n the import 4 important skills I had to insert manually. Also the course didn't got imported and I had to add it manually. The ai to write the Profile text: it's good. also the text correction. I didn't find a way to change the skills to the left side when you have the layout on split view. The only way I found create a new empty text field an do it manually (which is saving lots of space).
If add a category on the right side I can't change the order and put it higher. Also there is pretty much just one Design where you have 3 Layouts and can choose a text color. And you cant use all empty spaces for example beside the picture. Also the Papersize of the Download is way to big: 117,6 x 166,32 cm. Also the Fields I added manually: only the first row got saved. the rest was deleted. I added 4 field with several rows. I am happy I saved the PDF in on point. But I wasnt finished - so I have to do it again?! Maybe with a different Tool...?!

(Then I paid for download. all done. and after the payment the CV was empty and no download. I had to reset 3 times my password and finally there was the CV.)

I also sent d Feedback to the company and they want to fix things.

Faites attention !

Now its useless. Horrible quality + Watermark + Cant even read their own PDFs.

Great product and great support!
The product is easy to use and very straightforward. It is also extremely useful and the design allows for a lot of info to be part of just 1 page - which is great.
I had a slight hiccup with the export part of the process but in less than a heartbeat, I was helped by the dev, which made the support experience super nice.
Overall I'd definitely recommend this product/service.

Simple, quick, perfect to be out of the common resume templates.

Amazing platform, extremely user-friendly and professional. I would highly recommend it. Also, the customer service is second to none.

It is a great solution, I recommend. Customer service is also awesome!

Customer service is great and the site is super user-friendly. This clean, visually pleasing template allowed for just enough customization to fit my needs. No sign-in/obligation required which convenient as well. I highly recommend resumemaker.online for anyone who wants to create a beautiful resume quickly and easily!

Great service!

Great service for creating an attractive and sleek CV, much respect for the dev for taking the pain out of a process I loath.

Also, great Customer Support!

Great website! I am a little bit disappointed that you have removed ideal though😉

I like very much the application. During my interaction with it I encountered some problems (I could not access the social links) that were solved very quickly. Thank you for your help.
