ResumeZest Reviews

Emily was able to craft a really great resume with a bunch of random stuff I threw at her from prior reviews to conversations we had to an existing resume. She was amazing at synthesizing all that into actual value delivered.

Emily is a gifted writer. She did her homework on my company and target position and worked quickly to gave me a great product. Thanks so much!

Emily was exceptional to work with, start to finish. She asked highly relevant questions, thereby identifying what was really missing on my previous resumes and as a result, greatly improved how my experience is now presented. I am grateful!!!

I had the opportunity to work with Courtney Hays and she was absolutely amazing! She set up a call with me within a day of me signing up for the service and was very thorough in her questions, ensuring she captured all the information needed to update my resume. Courtney was quick to respond to all my message and had my updated resume with 48 hours. ResumeZest is a great company and would definitely use them again. If you sign up definitely request Courtney!!

It was an easy process during a stressful time; it was very timely, and edits were no problem. I have confidence in my resume now.

I had a great collaboration with Ms. Courtney Hays. She helped me adjust the details for the resume and tried to focus on my strengths. I am very satisfied with the version she sent to me. I hope I can get more job interviews and have an offer ASAP.

Did everything as advertised. Resume, cover letter and thank you letter all well constructed.Timelines were spot on accurate and quality of service was excellent.

Shelly was knowledgeable and very professional. The turnaround & service were excellent.

I hired ResumeZest for help with my marketing executive resume but was a terrible experience. The first resume was rushed, the final version had typos, didn't pass an ATS scan, and didn't meet the guarantee with even one interview. I went back for a rewrite and ended up with another version that I had to redo myself. Between the two writers, very different ideas and perspectives that took my resume from one extreme to the other. After receiving the 2nd resume final version, I rewrote my own instead of going back to the company a 3rd time. Do NOT spend your money here, it's not worth it.This review was posted AFTER two final resumes were delivered.

Professional, experienced, friendly, and efficient!

Love my new resume.

I worked with Shelly at Resume Zest because my resume was outdated and insufficient for the direction I am moving in healthcare. I have been a Registered Nurse for 16 years now! During that time I have held various staff, as well as contract jobs. After recently completing my Graduate Degree, I am applying to jobs with a leadership/management focus. Shelly was phenomenal and totally nailed it. She asked all the right questions to design my resume around my professional skills and education. In a short amount of time, I had a concise and comprehensible resume and cover letter. I received both over this last weekend and am already getting responses from jobs I applied to at that time. I cannot recommend Shelly enough at Resume Zest. I am highly impressed and happy with what I have received. Thank you so much Shelly!

I had the pleasure of working with Emily to rewrite my resume and cover letter, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Her professionalism and expertise made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

Emily has a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of what employers are looking for in a resume and cover letter. She was able to highlight my strengths and accomplishments in a way that I never could have on my own.

ResumeZest and Shelly Roble provided outstanding service. The telephone consultation was very helpful and Shelly took the information we discussed during that call as well as information from my ineffective resume and created a new and much improved resume. She also prepared a great cover letter and will be creating content for my LinkedIn profile. The turnaround time was exactly as promised and Shelly quickly and accurately incorporated all of my suggestions for changes to the resume and cover letter. I am extremely satisfied with ResumeZest, Shelly Roble and the service I received from both.

Amazing service very insightful to what the market and companies are looking for and resumes along with very knowledgeable in regards to how to structure your résumé and allow you to pass through the ATS tools and get an interview through these trying times

Top-notch professionalism and expertise! I had the pleasure of dealing with Ms. Lori, who was extremely pleasant and professional. Not only did she meet all my expectations in crafting my resume, but she also exceeded them. I highly and strongly recommend working with them to create a standout resume through their skilled specialists. They deserve a perfect score!

Worked with Emily Ellis, she did an outstanding job of helping me strengthen my overall resume by highlighting my past accomplishments.

After being impacted by a lay-off, I found myself needing to update my resume for modern screening tools. After my inquiry, Shelly Roble reached out to me and started the process. Once we completed our initial discussion, the process was smooth with us communicating back and forth through their website. I chose the package for the resume, cover letter, and Linked-in update. I was very pleased with the finished products as well as the reference guides I was given. Shelly was very responsive with my questions and incorporating my feedback as well. I found this service great value for the price and would definitely recommend ResumeZest!

Heather Joy was a pleasure to work with - responsive and high quality!
