ResumeZest Reviews

Excellent work. Heather Joy was very kind and supportive and re-wrote my CV as I would never do it. Rezume Zest delivered the materials on time and they were willing to help until I was satisfied. Highly recommended.

I had great time working with Heather Joy. She listened and understood my needs throughout the process. It was smooth and efficient, just how I like it.

I had the opportunity to work with Heather. She clearly understood my background and did an amazing job capturing it on the resume. She managed to keep it to 2 pages while focusing on the core competencies and my skills. The turnaround time was exceptional. I am very happy with the results I got from Heather.

I had the opportunity to work with Heather and she was a pleasure to work with. She took my stone age resume and modernized it. The first draft was sent as expected and the turnaround time for edits was timely. I initially signed up for the Resume service but after viewing Heather’s work, I added the Cover Letter and Linkedin Profile. Both are well worth the cost.

I had the pleasure of working with Jessica Philippon. She was amazing to work with and did a fantastic job. She synthesized the overload of info I gave her really well towards what I was applying for. The resume I received was extremely well-written and cohesive. I could never had made something like that myself. I'm super happy with the resume she created for me.

Very responsive, good overall product, helpful with questions

Great work by Shelly and quick response and turn around with edits !

Excellent experience. Felt the Shelly communicated very effectively and responded to all of my questions and suggestions. Great work and I appreciate the work.

After twenty years teaching English, with ten years as a small business owner, I felt fully capable of writing my own resume and cover letter. I was wrong. I needed help. I choose the executive resume package with all options.
Lori E. did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. Highlights include: very open and effective communication with prompt response, feedback was focused and meaningful, each step of the process was clearly explained in detail, all work was completed on time according to the deadlines. The final drafts of the resume, cover letter, LinkedIn, Bio, thank-you letter are impeccable.
The overall experience was incredibly positive. I felt like a valued customer and not just a number. Lori E. truly understands how to provide top notch service and results.
Thank you Lori E. and ResumeZest!

Worked with Heather. She did a great job and gave me a bunch of feedback that I did not anticipate.

Professional, responsive service and high-quality writing.

I was paired with Shelly to assist me in my resume overhaul. She was very thorough in asking her questions during the phone consultation. The revisions were made promptly, and it was easy to communicate through the service the entire time with any questions or feedback I had for her. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to update or completely overhaul their resume to give ResumeZest a try.

Shelly did an exceptional job on my resume! I wanted to apply to another federal agency for my next career path. Through our collaboration -- based on Shelly’s comprehensive ATS knowledge and resume writing skills, reviewing the job description, my prior resume employment history, together with several reference letters – we were able to find the through line through my employment history which encompassed varied careers that she was able to comb through and show increased responsibilities, consistency and purpose to my resume. We discussed length and target recruiters for the position I was interested in and I am incredibly pleased with the professional results and a stunning resume. What is most outstanding in my mind, beyond her thoughtfulness and industry savvy is that my resume is not one dimensional; my personality – the positive side I have brought to my jobs my whole career – comes through on the pages. I really feel proud reading this now. Thank you, Shelly, and the wonderful staff at ResumeZest. Bob C.

Working with ResumeZest was a phenomenal experience. Shelly was a true professional! As someone with over 20 years of military experience, it has been a while since I've needed a resume. Shelly did a phenomenal job converting my military training and experience into quantifiable/measurable data for potential employers in corporate America. Highly recommend and will certainly utilize their services in future endeavors!!

My writer did an excellent job listening to the details of my career and, perhaps even more importantly, she paid close attention to what I called out as important (leadership style, why I do what I do, etc.).

I am very pleased with both the high level of collaboration and the final products (professional/mid-tier resume and a cover letter).

Very easy process, and highly responsive

Excellent writing, exceptional service, and extremely fast turn around. Marsha, who helped me, is clearly an expert in tuning the job search materials for search optimization, grabbing attention, and standing out. Highly recommended!

Lori E. did a great job! Strongly recommend.

What a lovely service to have. I was very happy with my own resume but also understood it needed a few tweaks. Tammy at ResumeZest transformed it in the best way possible. It looks great. The process was easy and quick - they know what they are doing and there wasn't a lot of back and forth. Definitely worth it!

I worked with Shelly and she was thorough, prompt, and very professional. She took to the time to understand my background and tailor a resume towards the position that I was looking for.
