Not what it appears
You offer times on your website but then don't confirm before the time. It took me 3 calls to get someone to help me the day of pickup. The guy tells me he'd be there at 3:30 and showed up at 2pm. Your quote started at $99, then jumped to $130, then $180, then once the guy is in the house it jumps to $300. Only to find out it's not going to be donated but recycled. I can't recommend this service.

Personable and professional
Personable and professional — AND made the removal of my big red Relax the Back chair look so easy! I appreciate the ease and efficiency with which my indoor and patio furniture were gathered up and carried out. I sincerely wish for my items to be helpful and of good use for whoever chooses them.
AND
The entire process was very helpful.
The only thing that slowed it down was the payment process — had to wait for the email to come through and wait again for each additional email.
Fortunately, time wasn’t an issue for me.
I hope the system gets the help it needs.

On or about July 13, 2026, I contacted ReSupply to schedule a pickup for a king-size mattress and matching box springs intended for donation to the Salvation Army. I explicitly chose your service because I needed the items removed sooner than the Salvation Army’s standard pickup schedule allowed. During my initial call, your representative assured me the items would be taken to Habitat for Humanity.To ensure full transparency, I had already independently verified with the Salvation Army that they would accept the donation, understanding that mattresses can sometimes be difficult to place due to health regulations. My items were in like-new, pristine condition—only three years old, with absolutely no snags, tears, or stains. The only reason for the disposal was my personal need for a firmer mattress to support my back.I was thoroughly disgusted when your pickup team arrived. They completely disregarded the donation intent and bluntly stated that both my mattress and box springs would be taken directly to the dump. This completely contradicted the agreement made during booking and defeated the purpose of hiring a donation hauling service. Refusing to let perfectly good furniture go to waste, I turned your drivers away.Today, the Salvation Army team arrived for their scheduled pickup. They thoroughly inspected the mattress and box springs, officially verified their excellent condition, and successfully accepted them into their donation program. I now have the official donation receipt in hand.ReSupply failed to honor the terms of our agreement and attempted to discard a premium, reusable donation. I am demanding a full refund of my $18.00 fee for a job not well done. Your service did not fulfill its purpose, and I expect this issue to be resolved immediately.
