Lack of communication. Delayed pick up by a day. World have been bigger issue of I couldn't change plans.

The gentleman who came were wonderful
The gentleman who came were wonderful! They did a great job. The problem was that they had been given a different window of delivery time than I had been given. I was told 8 AM to noon. They were told anytime afternoon. That used up a bit of my day. But, when they were here, everything went very, very smoothly and they were very professional. I would be glad to use the service again.

Pickup not made when scheduled
Requested Friday morning pickup 8-11 as indicated available online. Informed at 11 that driver was delayed. Not informed until mid-afternoon that pickup would not occur at all that day. Rescheduled for Monday 8-11. Driver arrived 11 am and pickup was successful. You have a scheduling problem, inconveniencing your donors.

very easy to deal with
very easy to deal with. company that came to pick up furniture was great! only issue is that we thought that mattress and box spring were included in quoted price and we had to pay $75 each extra for box spring and mattress.

Great experience
The 2 men who came were very professional, pleasant and careful with all the furniture. They did an amazing job and we were so happy that the furniture will be donated to needy families and not thrown away. It was a pleasure dealing with them and will use them again for future donations.

The movers arrived on time
The movers arrived on time; did their work efficiently while other things were happening in the house. They were careful when moving furniture to not scratch anything. And they were very courteous. Good service.
