Communication was great! Movers were courteous and kind.
What I wasn’t expecting was the truck being late turning my scheduled morning pick up into early afternoon. I would be cautious of scheduling jobs moving forward bc customers are paying quite a bit for this service of a free donation. The least they should receive is timely pick-up, especially when job was scheduled a month out.

The team’s response time was great
The team’s response time was great . They were able to pick up the furniture within 24 hours. Very pleasant crew. Did their work with pride and professionalism. Even Oscar whom I spoke to over the phone was friendly and helpful. The payment process for removing the furniture was also seamless.

I received clear instructions by email…
I received clear instructions by email and text about the pickup of our wooden hutch. The driver texted and said he could come earlier which turned out to be more convenient for me. The driver and other person handled the pickup very efficiently and explained how I will receive a receipt.

ReSupply was a godsend for moving those large and challenging pieces that I couldn't have possibly managed. Everything from requesting pickup to being notified of the driver's arrival (earlier than expected, which was perfect for us), and the driver's themselves could not have gone more smoothly.
