I was a little nervous since I didn’t know anything about your company. Each communication with you though, I was helped by very kind and efficient employees. I had a lot of contact after our communication that confirmed what we had discussed. At the actual pickup time, Brandon and Alecsander were amazing. They were very polite, competent and strong! The job was completed quickly and they even did a small favor for us which was very helpful. I will recommend you to anyone looking to donate possessions they can no longer use. Thank you very much. Moving is so difficult. You made this part easy!

Resupply made my experience as easy and through as possible, while keeping me 'in the loop" throughout the entire process.

Everything was extremely easy - from scheduling the appointment to the guys arriving (from California Junk Masters) and doing the work. The two gentlemen who came had lots of paperwork to complete on their end for donations vs scrap, take pictures of everything, and then gave me the actual cost. Was well within what I had originally estimated. So nice NOT to have to do all of this work myself. They were lifesavers. Will use them again if the need arises. I could not have received any better service.

Company that picked up my items was very careful and conscientious, but I did have to wait over two hours beyond the window, which was inconvenient. They were lovely tho!

They worked hard the whole time they were there, didn’t complain about the heavy/awkward stuff, explained what would be junk and how much they would charge for it, and worked carefully so they didn’t damage the house or themselves. I would hire them for similar work again! Kevin and team were outstanding.

The team arrived promptly, were super nice and very professional.
Karla was also very patient in getting us both on the appropriate device for payment.
They were also amazingly fast.
They had a very heavy item loaded into the truck and were done in 5 minutes!

The team that picked up my mom's remaining furniture after her passing was friendly, professional, and on time. It was such a relief to have the items quickly removed and repurposed. It was very easy to book the pick up as well.

Cody and Andrew arrived on time and professionally removed the items that I was donating. They were friendly and handled the items with care as to not damage either any of the items or my home. They answered all my questions and worked very efficiently.

The team was professional, friendly and efficient. We have used Resupply several times now and the service and support are always excellent!

What went well, scheduling and the pickup. the drivers were great. What I didn't like was telling the person a chair I was getting rid of had cat scratches in the fabric on one part in front and being told it was no problem only to get a $50 fee because it's "trash". That chair would have made anyone in a shelter quite happy and we were going to include a pillow of the same fabric pattern to make a quick patch out of. I also didn't enjoy asking if I could leave an enormous AC at the front door, specified the steps, and being told no charge would come from that if it was at the door, then I get hit with $20 for the stairs. I'm on disability so another $70 wasn't great news when I was specific in item condition and location and told no problem.

I went with resupply because of the charity connection and that my estimate was significantly cheaper than local trash removal people but on the other side of things this was only about $50 less

overall I would still recommend resupply, but don't expect your bill to be what you're estimated
