This encounter was my third in a year to order additional tags. Customer service was / is Over The Top! Oh, and the custom tag made with a photo of my car next to my jet was made with perfection! Highly recommended company!

When, after 3 weeks of searching and going thru endless calls with the airline that lost it, we got an email from returnme saying that the bag had been found, we were so relieved. Great service and follow up!

My tag was lost the first time I used it and I was quickly informed and it was replaced at no charge.

It was wonderful to get an email message that someone had found my keys. Your service allowed me to have a name and telephone number to contact the person.

Although I haven't left or lost my keys or luggage, the whole concept of ReturnMe is excellent.

Purchase experience was great. Price was reasonable and the tags and stickers seem well made and durable.

The return process for lost goods sounds just fine, but (fortunately) we have never had a loss to test its effectiveness. Like with home or auto insurance policies where you can't know the quality of their claims service until you suffer a loss, you can't really know how well ReturmMe works until you lose something. So, there's trust involved. And, frankly, I'm just fine with never having to find out, but - like home and auto insurance - I'm glad to have this service anyway.
