The quick email sent out was great and it was easy to meet up in a safe spot and retrieve my keys

I have been buying and placing Return.Me stickers on my portable digital devices (phones, tablets) for years, but never really needed the service. However, that changed when I was grocery shopping and left my phone in my cart when I exited the store. Arriving home, I realized I didn't have my phone. Someone found my phone and contacted return.me with my registered code. They gave her my additional contact info and she let me know she had my phone and was going to drop it off at the grocery store office. I went there and picked it up. She, the finder, was given a $40 voucher to use at the Return.me website. Without the contact info for Return.me, I'm not sure I would have seen my phone again. But this allowed the finder to contact me directly and bring the story to a happy ending.

The person who found my items said the process was easy!

I emailed about a broken tag. Within 10 minutes I had a response. I followed the link and got a replacement in no time. Awesome customer service.

My bag was Return to Me within the hour. I left my passports and all my credit cards inside my bag returning from Japan. The next rental car driver used the ReturnMe QR code to find my contact to let me know where to get my bag. I was able to retrieve my passports and credit cards back asap.

Can't but praise the efficacy of this service. My son lost his key and was in distress. Fortunately, the key bunch had a 'ReturnMe' tag. We were soon contacted via phone and email by a Good Samaritan. Without ReturnMe, we wouldn't have for sure recovered my Son's keys.

Been using for many years during my extensive travel. Cut back significantly in travel - now just one or two trips. Nonetheless still use these products to ensure, if lost, property would likely be returned.
