The customer service and the product is excellent! I use the cups everyday after I workout to alleviate the soreness.

Have been using your cupping after total knee replacement to reduce swelling. I have been using your smooth cream as well daily. Both excellent in reducing swelling and promoting healing. Surgical scar is barely noticeable. Smooth cream has been great in muscle and joint recovery.

This product really helped with my back pain and shoulder pain. Ordered 5 at first and then ordered 2 more to get pain relief all at once. Delivery and instructions were on point just like the pain relief.

This was an amazing purchase! My accupuncturist recommended I purchase a cupping set. It is WELL WORTH THE MONEY!! Quick and easy with immediate relief!

Buyer beware. I placed my order on May 12, and it shipped on May 16. The tracking has shown no movement since May 26, and I still have not received my order. I've contacted customer service multiple times over the past several weeks, but I continue to receive the same generic response that the package is "in transit." Instead of offering a solution or a refund for an item I never received, I was offered only a 5% refund.

At this point, I have requested a full refund. I hope Revomadic will step in and make this right.

J'ai acheté un produit à 177,49 € que je n'ai jamais ouvert ni utilisé. Avant même sa livraison, j'avais informé le service client de mon intention de le retourner qu'il ont acceptés. Puis À leur demande, j'ai envoyé des photos prouvant que l'emballage d'origine était intact et que le produit était toujours neuf.

Malgré cela, ma demande de retour a été refusée au motif que l'article était en promotion et qu'il s'agissait d'une « vente finale ».

Le problème est qu'au moment de l'achat, cette information n'était indiquée ni sur la fiche produit, ni lors du processus de commande, ni au moment du paiement. Ce n'est qu'après coup que l'on me renvoie vers une clause de la politique de remboursement.

Le service client est resté poli, mais la solution proposée est un remboursement de seulement 20 % sans possibilité de retourner un produit pourtant neuf et jamais ouvert.

Je laisse chacun se faire son opinion, mais je recommande de lire très attentivement les conditions de vente avant d'acheter, en particulier si votre article bénéficie d'une promotion.

First of all, great customer support! I had an issue with the suction, and I reached out and they replied quickly and helped me figure out that I didn’t have the cupping part screwed on properly. They were beyond kind, and I would highly recommend this company! Now to the Revos: so great!!! These things are amazing and so helpful for back pain, shoulder, pain, headaches, etc. I really can’t recommend these more!! They are an amazing price for what they do, and they hold a charge for quite a few uses, and then you just plug them in and charge them right back up. Easy peasy. If you are on the fence about purchasing these for tight shoulders, knots. sore back, sore muscles in your arms or legs, jump over that fence and purchase a pair or two! You won’t regret it!!

Great product. I'm glad I got the smallest attachment which is good for shoulders and neck. I only use mode 1 and it is straightforward to use. Customer service are quick to reply to emails and they sent me a voucher when my shipping was delayed. The soothing cream is nice too.
