I ordered a set of 4 Revo Therapy Cups from Amazon, and I’ve been really happy with my purchase. I used one across my back and shoulders, and it noticeably helped loosen a lot of the tightness I was dealing with. It felt effective and easy to use. I do think it is important to review the instructions, you don't want to put the cups in specific places- over major arteries or directly over your vertebrae.

I did run into an issue with 1 of the 4 cups not maintaining suction. I reached out to the customer service email and was impressed with how quickly they responded. They provided clear troubleshooting steps, along with guidance on what to do if the issue continued. The troubleshooting worked, and the cup is now functioning properly- the tube just wasn't closed tightly.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the customer service. The customer service team made sure the product was functioning properly before they ended their communications with me. It’s great to see a company stand behind their product and support their customers so well.

Purchased cupping bundle from Amazon. When the bundle arrived, 3 out of 4 devices were not working. I contacted Revo customer support who helped me troubleshoot. Customer support deemed the devices were defective and replaced the 3 defective devices. Customer support kept a good line of communication through email until I got my replacements. Now enjoying the tension relief that the cupping devices provide. Thank you

I bought a promo pack of three units optimistic that the therapy would help my tennis elbow. I quickly realized that this part of my body didn’t have enough flat skin surface to allow the unit to seal. I emailed the company to explain and got a quick response that reiterated their return policy…meaning that returns were only allowed for defective products.
In my case, it was an expensive lesson that I shouldn’t have assumed that they had a customer satisfaction guarantee.
By the way, one of the units is defective but not worth the return shipping cost and time to return…

Ordered over 2 weeks ago. I needed these products for an up coming event. Obviously they didn't arrive in time. Guess what they still haven't arrived or even been shipped yet. I was also told by customer service via email that once the order has been made no refund can be given after asking for a refund as I no longer need the products. What a joke!

Would love to be able to tell you if the product is any good.

I contacted customer service and they immediately answered the phone! They helped find the product I needed and even insured I received my 1st responder discount after the fact as a refund: EVEN THOUGH THE PRODUCT WAS ALREADY A PRIME DAY SALE PRICE‼️🙌🏽

I had an issue with one cupper reported the issue and sent copy of order received email the same day that I would be getting replacement. I’ve appreciated the customer service and fund the product very effective.

Avoid this company at all costs!
I ordered a cupping bundle over a week ago and it still has not been shipped. Several emails back and forth - still not shipped and no clear date when the order will be sent.
I have asked to cancel the order, but they refuse to do so, as my order is in "the final stages of fulfilment".
This is clearly a reseller who has run out of stock and taking orders with no intention of meeting their "typical 1-2 days" to dispatch a simple order.
Save yourself the hassles and shop elsewhere.

I’ll keep it brief. I haven’t used the product yet though I went through the instruction and it seems simple enough. I purchased a cupper bundle. My biggest issue was shipping. It took almost 3 weeks yet the website claims “fast and free shipping” as part of the “promotion”. Considering I’m only one state over from where it shipped from, I find the timeframe to be disappointing. On a mixed positive/negative note, the site initially gave some issues trying to process my order. I ultimately ended up ordering something that wasn’t as discounted as what I originally tried adding to my cart. The positive on this was customer service, specifically Cayla, was very quick to respond and correct my order, literally within less than an hour. Why it still took over 3 weeks from the date the order was placed is beyond me. I can’t say I’d recommend yet as I only received the products yesterday and haven’t had a chance to use it. The verdict is still out.

4 of 6 units were not working, for two months I've been trying to get help, but they are only wanting a video (which I sent, but then they "can't download it"). They think it is user error, however as the 2 others are working, I find it difficult. It is like talking to robots. "they need to see the video so the technitians can see it"

It's an ongoing issue and I have still no solution..
Interesting is that I purchased the extra warranty as well, that was obviosly at no use....

I ordered the pill massager two months ago. Nothing has arrived. They keep saying it's 'in progress' and now aren't responding at all to a request for a refund. AVOID.

Its been 14 days since I made the purchase and they only created the label, no updates. Spoke with them and they told me it take 7 to 14 days to get an update since I'm outside of US (I'm in Canada).

We love REVO madic products. We have been using the cupping for years and have been so grateful for what it has taught us about what’s going on deeper and helped remove pain that lingered

I ordered one as a gift for my wife in January. I did not receive a confirmation for a week or two. After emailing the company I was told they had long wait times for shipping (2-3 weeks) and I was notified of that via email (which I wasn't). I asked to cancel my order and was told I couldn't because it had already processed. I did not receive my product for over 2 months. I notified them I wanted to return the product, their process for returns took forever and I had to pay $16 dollars for return shipping that they will not reimburse. It's been over 4 months since ordering and I still have not received a refund. They have absolutely no clue on how to handle these situations and resort to telling me it's their policy quite often. Only after email the company again did i receive a confirmation of refund email. Absolutely DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!

TOTAL SCAM! Ordered a month ago, never got my product. Keep telling me that’s it’s on its way, and can’t proceed with any refund.

Still waiting for delivery. It’s been 2 weeks since ordering and have tracking information that shows items haven’t moved for 5 days! Have been informed once it ships I could still take 5-7 days after that but no idea when it’s going to start moving!
May update review if/when I receive the items but so far I can only recommend you buy from somewhere else!

Junk. I got mine within a couple weeks so I can’t complain about that and I tried it once following the directions. The problem is that there’s a second thing you put on it, which is for the gliding and so I tested before I used it, taking it on and off with no problem. So I put oil on my skin to do the gliding and now I can’t get it off. There’re have been three of us trying. We cannot unscrew the glider portion. I think it has something to do with the oil. So we put water on it we did everything we still can’t unscrew it. Which makes this unusable because it has to unscrew to use the single suction part. Next the oil pump. I couldn’t get anything out. I kept trying and finally had to open it and pour it out. Unfortunately, a bunch spilled out onto my sheet, which is probably stained, but then I realized the reason nothing’s coming out is there’s no tube inside it. It’s just a jar of oil with no tube. Lastly, about an hour and a half after I sent a message to the company saying I couldn’t unscrew the glider I thought well I’ll just try the glider again. Just do that part and now it doesn’t even work. It won’t suction, it just rolls over your skin like a ball. I am currently in the process of asking for a refund and will contact Visa if I don’t get it.

I have suffered with plantar fasciitis and tried everything from shock wave therapy to every insole on the market and muscle scraping red light therapy.

This has eliminated the pain in one use. I used it yesterday and woke up this morning and was able to walk without any pain.

I cannot recommend this highly enough.

Delivery is slow but worth the wait.
