I’ve been working with Sarah P through two campaigns now. Initially, I was not interested in the programs offered by Rewards Network, but once Sarah became the representative for my account, I gave it a whirl and the ROI has been incredible. The RN customer base has been loyal and engaged, and we have seen significant growth in top-line revenue since we started. My rep Sarah P actually traveled to my city to meet me and experience my restaurants, and the level of attentiveness and responsiveness, paired with Sarah’s desire to understand and meet my company’s needs, has been incomparable.

Pure scam this company have worst customer service in the industry

Great, the staff and management are great and also the rewards you get been on the program.

Rewards networks gives us awesome insight on the traffic and guest feedback at our locations. This is very helpful for the direction of our company. Our rewards network contacts (Stephanie and Scott) are on point with reporting and analytics. Couldn’t be happier

SCAM. Told me to expect a 6% boost in revenue. In my 5th month that boost was 2%. After looking further into it, only half of that 2% in sales were new customers, so it really was just a 1% boost and came out to about $7 per acquired customer. Extremely expensive for a 1% boost. But wait... There's more. The other half of that 2% came from customers that I had acquired myself but because they had a specific credit card, I was now paying them for customers that were regulars long before I ever joined their program. When you calculate the actual total cost per new customer (because why else would you sign up for something like this) it came out to about $12-14 per new customer. Which is insane.

It brings few tables per day, a little expensive but worth it. It pays itself at the end.
