Worst company ever. They lie, lie, lie! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

I own a restaurant that has been on the Rewards Network platform for over a year now and it has been a very good experience for us. I have seen a lot of negative reviews calling this a scam. I don’t understand why anybody would say that? The program is not free, so yes, it does cost you something, but any worthwhile marketing is probably going to, and this brings high quality customers and great name recognition with top-tier brands like Marriott and Southwest Airlines. The fact that they buy upfront is a huge advantage for us, and for many restaurants. This is not a loan because the money is simply being paid back through customer dines. I would recommend any restaurant give Rewards Network a try and judge for yourself how you enjoy the partnership. We’ve been happy!

Shady company, they charge you 20% which throws all your profit out the window.

They came to our restaurant and they introduced themself with fake names and start talking about that they will improve your business and then they will asked you for your business bank account ...they are fraud and scams be aware of them

totally scam, I wasted over 3k, I have been doing marketing for years on google, yelp,open table,instagram and etc but Rewards Network doesn't do anything like them. they just charge you if Marriott bonvoy card holders comes they deduct 15 percent of the whole check.marriott reps gave me mis information to open account( white sugar coating bs)

My experience is good with rewards network. Since I started about 4 years ago year by year I see an increase of new clients and repeat clients. I've also taken their money a couple of times and it helped me do investments I wanted to do in the business. I go back and forth between the marketing and the money.

Serious Fraud. These guys charge insane interest rate between 50-100% in the name of marketing. Poor small businesses become even poorer. There are other better lending platforms with clear & better terms.

It's a scam.
They come at you with all the airline and hotel partners, but what they don't tell you is that they have all kinds of other partners (bank cards and such) and guess what, they are already your customers, and rewards network is just stealing money from you. Cancel today and tell everyone!

Rewards Network was great to work with and I highly recommend reaching out to Karri H. She’s fantastic and is always there to help promote the business and answer questions along the way.

Rewards Network was introduced to me by William Troutman at both of our restaurants Jewels Of India and Passage To India. Prior to the pandemic we had a great success. During the pandemic and until now, their collaboration with Zuppler is getting more business to us. Bill and team have always been available to discuss potential future collaborative opportunities and are definitely looking out for the best interest of the little guys like me. They definitely are trying to put the most money in my pocket.
