Please do not use ReWigs, they are a scam, ordered a wig, it is nothing like the picture, it comes from China it is horrendous they charged £80.00, but it's worth £10, they have not replied to my emails, I paid via PayPal and will claim the money back from them, they are scammers, I wish someone would shut this company down from trading in the UK, the wig looks like something a child has made, just terrible.

This SCAM company are piggybacking onto my company name Lemonade Wigs Limited.. we have absolutely no affiliate with rewigs they are a SCAM company. LEMONADE WIGS IS A LIMITED COMPANY REGISTERED TO MY NAME NICOLA MATTHEWS IN N IRELAND! AVOID REWIGS AT ALL COST!

This is a scam. You pay in full for a joke shop wig and when you complain you are offered a 13 percent refund.
Stay away from this hoax site.

I have moved on,but I don't want anyone else to fall victim to the horrible Lily.

Ordered a wig, got the wrong wig! Don't want me to return. They offered me "a little" money to keep. I wanted the wig I ordered. It will cost me 1/2 the wig to send back.

I ordered 2 items on January 13th...I have not received them as of today...not very happy. Took my money right away! Buyer be ware!

They scammed me and sent me a hair piece that isn’t the correct colour of base. Bunch of pikeys pieces of crap are only giving me 15% back.

Do not purchase. They are scammers. Charges £100 for joke shop wig worth £2 barbie doll hair. Took me 2 months to get money returned. Thank goodness I paid via PayPal they found in my favour. They use a co.uk Web site but wig comes from China! Horrible company.
If you have paid via PayPal take photos and upload and persist. You do have to return to China it cost me £15 to get it tracked, I photod that and also sent that to PayPal then a photo of the proof it had arrived in China. Then suddenly I was reimbursed after a few days. The whole experience is stressful and very annoying. PayPal should not let this company use their services. Its wrong!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a wig for a friend. Paid £129 plus £12 shipping. I used PayPal. This is a very well set up company based in China. They are selling bog standard wigs at high prices. Your money goes into the the account of a third party. After that, forget about your money.
PayPal must have something to gain. They are keeping in with this company.
The Wig I ordered arrived about 7 weeks after order was placed. This infamous 'Lily' kept stalling me with excuses. PayPal were going to give me a refund. Then the Wig arrived.
It is a lovely colour but very thin and poorly made. It's different lenghths and one side the hair sticks out.
I've been very upset and angry. But realise now that I've been conned.
To get a refund means returning the item AND paying shipping costs etc.
PayPal will not help much.
Those who paid with credit cards will eventually be reimbursed.
I'm in the UK. Most of you seem to be US. This company is making a fortune.
Help me stop them PLEASE.
Wig purchased was a Christmas gift for a person with extensive hairloss.
It's broken my heart. The stress of dealing with these people. PayPal not great either

I am so thankful I purchased this through Paypal. They managed to get me a full refund so am packing this rat's nest and sending back. I don't usually go through Paypal and don't really know why I did but am so happy for having them get my refund. This is the worst business ever. They should be out of business.

You wait almost 2 months for your wig to arrive.
Then what you get is a terrible product. Just ugly and not even the color I ordered. They told me maybe I could dye it, Really?
They haven't offered my money back so I said I wanted it back but they asked me to take a picture in daylight (which it was). This is like Cosplay wig and I did also find the exact same one on Wish.com for 30.00. I hope I don't have the trouble you all have had but I did pay with Paypal. False advertising is what they do. Buyer beware. As of Jan, 2021, Paypal is now working to get my money back. This company is a joke.

Absolutely do not order from this company! They claim made in America and ship fast from California...They are an overseas company! I have never received my items! You cannot even file a complaint since they are not a U.S. based company.

When I saw this wig called Beachy curly hair wig. I ordered it but never heard back from l i am so devistaded Ido not no what to do took my hard earn money and that is not except able in GODS eyes do the right thing and send my money back to my bank.iam not a wealthy person.why did u do this?

Steer clear of this lot, waited months for a real hair wig it eventually arrived 2 months later from China, NOT UK, poor quality poor finish. Got through to Lily via email, they offered 13% refund of £151 and i can keep the wig and sell it on, NO, that means i will probably loose £131.37. Already been onto Consumer Advice, will just have to wait and see now, sorry i had to put a star otherwise a zero star. Ok i'm back after my hassle, don't bother with PayPal waist of time iv'e just lost £156 due to their failure to secure a refund, probably cause they get loads from this cowboy company, now stuck with a wig thats not fit for purpose. If I could put 0 stars i would! Absolutely disgusted with this company. They are a cowboy company who deceive people, people who need wigs for serious reasons. It is absolutely disgraceful how I have been responded to. The wig received was a mess, no style, awful colour and you could see all the stitching. I have emailed and was asked for pictures which I sent straightaway to then get another email asking if the wig was from their company! Seriously!! Really very upset and will be fighting for my mum to get her money back as well as complaining to anyone I can find to get this cowboy company shut down!

I am disgusted with this company's returns policy. It states if you are not satisfied contact them etc etc which I did. The colour of the wig I received was definately not the colour I ordered, I am brown and it was an very light gold colour. I contacted them as per their returns policy and they stated that I had ordered the wrong colour and that colours differ on the computer screen. They have told me to keep the wig and try and sell it!!! and offered me 15% refund. I have taken this up with my credit card but due to Covid and people working from home - this could take longer than normal. I would not touch this company with a barge pole.

Ho effettuato un ordine presso questo sito il 3 novembre 2020, non ricevendo notizie il 1 dicembre 2020 scrivo una mail al servizio clienti, ed anche compilo il modulo presente sul sito, per sapere quando avrei ricevuto il mio ordine.. Ad oggi (11 dicembre 2020) non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta! Temo che non ne riceverò mai una, e nemmeno la parrucca! Questo sì che è raggirare le persone! Per prendere i soldi "presenti!" ma per farmi avere ciò per cui ho pagato "spariti nel nulla!". Per non parlare del servizio clienti inesistente!
Aggiornamento: oggi, 17 dicembre 2020, ricevo la parrucca. Il cappuccio non è come quello in foto ed i capelli sono uno scempio, un enorme cespuglio con permanente spazzolato, davvero non è indossabile nemmeno per carnevale. Il meglio è che ho dovuto pagare la dogana! Queste parrucche NON arrivano dal Regno Unito, ma dalla Cina. 1 stella è troppo, peccato non poterne dare 5, ma sotto zero!

It doesn't even merit one star. It took over a month and that was only because I checked with PayPal. I eventually got the wig. It didn't fit, I couldn't do anything with it. As my case went through PayPal I asked how to return the products because there was no instructions in the box. They asked me to take photos, I refused advising that as the consumer I was entitled to return the item if I was unhappy with it. They told me to try and get used to wearing it. Again I have said no. It is currently being dealt with by PayPal complaints department. As others have said they're definitely not an English company and were extremely rude to me.

Please do not order from this company. I recently went through the same experience from a previous writer. The wig was nothing like the picture. They said they would refund it. However, I was asked to take all these pics of the wig, box, and tags. They refused to refund unless I ordered another wig. They wanted to charge for $15 for exchange and send the wig to an address in China. Do business at NameBrandWigs in Wisconsin, USA!

The quality of their wigs are horrible. They look like hair on top of a toy dolls head. The part is very unnatural. I have tried for months to return it sending several email to their web page. But have gotten no response. Do not buy from this company

Where to start ... the whole experience of purchasing this wig has been stressful and upsetting. No confirmation email was received after putting in this order. The wig finally arrived 2 months later. The wig quality, colour, length, style were all very poor and nothing like in the picture. The sellers are very cheeky with their communication and not at all cooperative. They emailed me to say that for this time whether I could just wear this wig and get used to the colour as they accept that colour was not right. Thankfully I had paid through PayPal and have been corresponding with them. I would strongly advise against buying anything from this company at all cost. This was shipped from China and not made in UK. I think the website is deceiving being rewig.co.uk.

Placed order 1 month ago, have not received wig. After much pleading and demanding a refund, have not received product nor refund.
Bad business, would never recommend them to anyone.
