Yes, and another silly victim that did not do their due diligence.
A "runover red cat" just about sums up what came out of the box I received from this company today. It was masquerading as a very attractive brown human hair wig.
I have requested a full refund but fully expect to have to involve Paypal to get it, I will report them to Trading Standards also as they clearly could care less about blatantly lying, and using fraudulent photo's that they have no right to on their website not to mention ripping people off.
Check Trustpilot reviews before parting with your hard earned money, catch me once shame on you......

Well what can I say!! An absolute joke of a company. I ordered a wig as I’ve got secondary breast cancer and have lost 50% of my hair, found the perfect wig very similar to my own hair. When it arrived I was so disappointed you could see the underneath of wig at the front, you couldn’t tease the hair over it so it looked really obvious that it’s a wig. Emailed them sent photos was told to see my hairdresser to have it restyled. I told them no I wasn’t happy and wanted their return address. Several emails later still no address. I can’t believe I didn’t read the reviews. Definitely reporting them to trading standards and maybe Watchdog! Watch this space

After a lengthy process over a few months i finally got my full refund of £198 back.
I did write a review here upon receiving what resembled a run over cat from this company absolutely nothing like the picture they advertised and as for trying to claim my full refund within the time bracket well!! firstly they offered me £80 and to keep or sell the wig..then upped it to £105 after i opened a dispute through paypal,,just stick to your guns Paypal must get a flood of complaints about them i also reported them to trading standards.
What has made me come back to write another review is even after i was awarded my full refund back last week and which paypal collected for me.."Lily" is STILL messaging me trying to say i am not listening and they always send their wigs in a box with a free wig cap and comb ect and what i sent them back wasn't theirs..i hadn't ordered any other wigs!!
It arrived stuffed into a brown envelope which i provided pictures of on the day it got here (two weeks late) my experience with them is almost laughable they lie through their back teeth so i am very grateful for all of your reviews whos experiences match mine.
I recommended to "lily"..paypal and trading standards to come here and have a read as proof that they are doing it to everybody..Good luck if you have an open case with them for a refund persevere!
I hope trading standards throw them in prison.

I wish I had checked Rewig out before paying them £91 for a cheap nasty coarse nylon wig that bears no resemblance to the picture on the website. I contacted them immediately and was asked for photos which I sent. Days letter I got an email from ‘Lily’ telling me to get it styled and to have a nice day 😡 told lily to chase herself as I have raised a chargeback with my credit card provider and will be in touch with trading standards as I am concerned that PayPal are dealing with these fraudsters despite the number of complaints.

Poor quality wigs- do not feel like human hair. Color is terrible - bright yellow! Nowhere near color ordered based on sample. Non compliant with refunds offering 13% and the upping it to 17%! Very poor customer service! I usually spend more time researching a company before I purchase. I really dropped the ball on this one. Do NOT buy from this company!

Absolute rubbish. Poor quality material and look nothing like they should on the picture.

Dont buy from this company totally ripping people off!! Wigs poor quality and dont look anything like pics on website!! Once bought your stuck with product as they are based in China so difficult to return and wont give full refund even though wigs are horrible and nothing like the images online !! Avoid this company!! Pay more and get a wig from uk .

This company should be banned. Their customer service dept must be absolutely swamped with complaints.
I can't believe Rewigs takes so much money from alopecia and cancer patients, makes me sick.

In a nutshell, Rewigs fraudulently advertises a product which they simply do not produce- and nowhere near the design expertise or quality.

Firstly, you see a photograph on the site and think that this is the product you will receive. WRONG.

Rewigs posts photographs of not their own work, but either of celebs with their real hair, or pre modelled wigs from other companies such as Revlon and John Reneau.
You will not receive a wig like this.

For an average price of £100 (approx 1 months Chinese wage)
You will receive what looks like a child has taken a pair of craft scissors to. Inaccurate, unskilled styling to say the least.
The perma-tease which is used for scalp volume was so over done that you could scrub your pans with it.

The fiber used for the hair was again, over processed and dull, making it look like it was about a year old after hard wear, but straight out of the box.

This wig is ready for the garbage.

Rewigs' returns policy is unworkable.
They say of course, that they will cancel your order within 12 hours of ordering.
I emailed them them to cancel my order within 2 hours of making my purchase- I had last minute second thoughts, let's call it gut instinct.
I was emailed back the next day with a refusal of cancellation as it was conveniently now outside of the cancellation time margin.

When I recieved the wig, and upon discovery of the awful quality of the product- I then emailed the company to arrange a refund and gave my reasons.

"Lily" emails me back and asks for photographs, which I then sent, along with the advertisement photograph from their website. This showed a stark difference between the wigs.

"Lily" then offers me a 13% refund and to keep the wig "to gift or sell".
This wig is not fit for purpose, and they are offering £7 compensation from £54.
They might not have a conscience to sell such garbage, but I sure do.

I wrestled hard, and retrieved £13.70.
This is only just what the cost of shipping was.
Swindlers and thieves, nothing more.
Save your hard earned money and avoid Rewigs.

**UPDATE ** I have today (7 Oct) received full refund from PayPal. Was long process but I was like a dog with a bone. Cost me £15 to return recorded delivery. Got £121.00 refund.

Absolute scammers. Real hair it states...more like synthetic costume wig. Paid £121. Emailed asking for return address, only to be offered £27 if I just kept wig! I have repeatedly asked for address and still waiting. DO NOT BUY. These are not UK based company. Blooming furious.

Do not buy from this company! They are not UK based they are in China. They have appaling wigs and customer service. I paid £70 for a grey wig. It turned up eventually looking like it had skinned rat hair all over it. The parting was fused together and only fit for Halloween scary costume. i complained and wanted a refund. The women emailed me back saying she wanted photos. I knew at that point to read the reviews. Everyone says the same. You send them photos they refuse to send you a refund even if you post it back. You only get a refund if you paid via paypal. Ive just lost £70.

AVOID - appalling - firstly they took 2 months to send the wig to me claiming that the first one was lost in the post. When it did arrive it was nothing like the one I ordered;
I ordered a shoulder length layered real hair wig and the colour was meant to be 'Swedish Almond' very much like my own hair. The wig that came resembled a ginger Afghan hound. I think they sent the colour 'flame' by mistake, it was tatty and un styled or brushed.

I contacted them to ask for a return address so that I could send the wig back and obtain a full refund - 'goods not as described'. They said I would have to pay both outwards and inward postage and if it got lost in the post I would not get a refund AND that they would charge me £22 to sterilise the wig because of Covid. Quite ironic really (these are made in China by the way; I didn't find that out until after I tried to return it).

They offered me £23 to keep the wig - I wasn't prepared to accept the risk of receiving nothing or all the hassle of trying to get to the Post Office to return a package to China when I am meant to be isolating so I agreed to the £23 refund - for a wig I will never be able to wear. I would stick to a UK company if I were you. At least you will be protected by our 'consumer rights'.

To cap it all they are not posting my review on their website choosing only to show the good reviews.

"Rewigs" appears to be a fradulant company not providing a return address to receive marchandise received, (wig), not fitting the description of wig ordered.

I have so far been told it would be best if I accepted a discount of 16% and kept the wig!

This company is fraudulent!
I have been scammed of £198 for a wig that resembles a broom!
It arrived stuffed in a brown envelope and is absolutely nothing at all like the picture or description,Most definitely not a shred of human hair more like a bad wig from the pound shop as for trying to get my money back..after a lot of emails they are now trying to offer me just £80!..I don't think so please do as I have done and report them to trading standards,they are Chinese scam artists accepting money most often from cancer patients who have lost their hair..whilst they send you out something that is only fit to scrub the toilet with from a shipping container most likely here in the UK the envelope postage was £3.40 yet they charged loads for "shipping fees " on my original bill..🤔 it should have rang bells then..I should of read these reviews first,so hopefully my review will help somebody else.

Take your money ASAP, product never shows up, yet when you email it says don't cancel and its on its way, 6 weeks of chasing, they are not giving refund!!!!!! Shocked they are still trading.

Reviews I have seen since state same, and product if it ever does turn up is cheap, nasty and not what they advertise. Refunds 100% being requested and they don't care!!!!

I am taking this further and putting all over the net, these have taken money from my elderly mother. JUST GIVE OUR MONEY BACK and STOP SCAMMING!!!! Absolute scum!!!!!!!

Do not purchase from these rip off rouges. What they advertise, is not what they sell. We have been ripped off for over £200 and fobbed off by some silly, Lily from the wig factory e-mails. It took me a long time to find out where they are based and have returned their crap. As far as the money goes, that is lost in the scammers pockets. So Beware!! Be warned!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I have received my wig and it is nothing like the picture. I sent them a picture of my wig (I’m wearing it for the photo what an embarrassment) and the photo from their website and they do not compare. Lily ( not sure if she’s real) has said they can’t see a problem. Obviously no Specsavers in China! They have said they won’t take it back and if I send it their going to kindly charge me another 20% for handling and sterilising due to COVID-19. I know what your thinking - flammin cheek. Be warned

It’s lovely. Perfect colour, hair is soft and shiny. The claw clip for the piece is perfect. It’s not a full wig just a hair piece but it does the job. Very happy. It took a very long time to arrive with no updates in between.

I ordered a wig from these people it was nothing like the color I ordered it cost me £109 the only address on the envelope it arrived in was a tiny label so I returned it to that address when I emailed them they said that was not their address so they had not received it and so they said it was my problem I asked for an address and phone number nothing was forth coming.the color was the color of wet straw. I have now put it in the hands of pay pal. The company is a total scam.I wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered it.

I would give it zero if I could Avoid this company I tried to return a wig I bought as didn't suit colour or style it seems they only exchange if it's faulty am still waiting for details on how to return,they getting abrupt In their messages now I was told before ordering I could have refund if not happy but this was a lie I doubt I will get anything they suggested giving it to a friend
