Beware!!!!. Horrible company and product. I should have read reviews before purchase. I have followed all refund rules listed. They will not issue a refund, they keep making excuses.

Don't order any wigs from these people as there a fraudulent company out to make money from China. I bought a wig from them for £71 as I'm a cancer patient and wanted to make myself feel confident again. They said on there website that if your not happy about the wig then it can be return (this was a lie). When the wig arrived it looked nothing like the picture and had not been cut the the style. I contacted these people over email and kept getting fob off by this Lucy women at first she offered me only a £5 refund only and then 46 emails later to offer me only £15. There is no point in emailing them as you get the same email everytime. However, after me keeping emailing them about the poor wig they gave me the return address which is this:

They should be shut down as a company with this many bad reviews! I can't believe I didn't read this before encouraging my nan to purchase!!
The quality is horrific! It doesn't fit, it's brittle, the wrong colour. They said to accept 13% discount or the package will get 'lost' if we return it. Absolutely deisgusting! My nan paid £206 of he rhard earned money, disgraceful!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would because the wig I purchased from this company is the poorest quality and definitely not human hair! The size large does not fit my head and the elastic “strap” with the cheap closure came undone immediately after I secured it and hit me in the forehead which left a bruise! Never ever buy a wig from this company - and I mean never! What a waste of time and money.

My name is Terra Thacker. I could not be my eyes when I received my wig. The hair was rough and brittle. It was no where near the picture. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing a wig from this company. They are a scam. Just as others stated...their products are not what their pictures show. I wish there was a way to show you what ordered as compared to what I received.

The wigs were so bad they just went out in the trash pickup this a.m. Didn't have the heart to give to charity for possible Halloween costume. I cannot believe this company continues to do business online. I spent $203 for two wigs which took a month to get here -- I guess on a slow boat from China-- and they were nothing like the color or style I ordered. Horrible quality. I asked to return and after all was said and done said they would only be able to return $28!!! But that I could keep the garbage wigs. I didn't do my due diligence researching this scam company. Beware.

I have just received my wig and it looks so cheap and awful.It is not the lenght I ordered either.
I have already emailed them but can not find an adress to send it back.I have payed trough PayPal so I am hoping I can get a full refund but I am not sure what I should do next.
I would happily pay for it to be returned.Has anyone returned it and received a full refund?
How long should I wait for their reply before Contacting Paypal?Can anyone advise me on this?Thank you ever so much

I agree with you Stacey Clode! Those mfers, had the nerves to charge me $201for a $10 wig they mad , looked like fir a Halloween custom ! Nothing like the picture.. then I told them 4 hrs later to cancel it, they stalled for days, then send email acting all stupid asking questions about my order.. they had the nerve to say they’ll refund me $10!!! From $201!! anyway they sent it anyway, I mailed it back , paid $25 to mailed it.. they claim they never got it?! If they never got it why didn’t it come back to my address?! Cuz they’re full of it! I can’t believe PayPal still deals with them! Then again 2 weeks ago I got scammed from hyggepoint for $183.. from PayPal too.. I’m disputing that!! Don’t buy anything without googling reviews!

If I could give a zero for a review I would. They made every excuse not to return the wigs I bought and then basically said I would not get a refund because it would be ruined at customs and or lost which I can guarantee you that would be the reason is that they didn’t receive it. Do not buy from them. The hair was also falling out of the wig. Terrible company.

I ordered a human hair cool ash blonde hair piece from this company. I paid them £152.
After waiting for a few weeks I was horrified when it arrived and I saw it was bright golden orange and dreadful quality. I think it was horse hair mixed with synthetic hair.
After several emails to someone at the company called Lily, I realised there was no way of getting a refund. I so wish I had looked at this Trust pilot review site before ordering. I am a pensioner and can't afford to lose money like this.

They say you may return the product if not satisfied but that is a lie. They will NOT do a return or refund.
The wig looks and feels like very dull dry horsehair. This was a lesson well learned.
You think this is a UK company but it is a China company and I believe to be scammers!

I ordered a long black curley half wig.cost £194 plus £18 postage.was looking forward to receiving my wig.then I looked at the reviews and panicked.the company is not UK based.its in china.i expected a horrible wig to arrive.6 weeks later I received the wig.its 100 percent human hair.not the best quality.was very tightly curled So I straightened it.it looks fine.im so glad I don't need to return it but wouldn't recommend.not worth the money.

I would’ve given 0 stars if I had the option. This company is based out of China (which I blame myself for not doing more research)...but I’ve ordered other products from China IN THE PAST and did not have issues. (After this experience, my plans are to never order from China or purchase anything made in China)
1. My wig came in an UNtimely manner
2. The color was way off (I suggest they send color samples before receiving custom orders if their colors are going to be this different)
3. The return policy is horrible. They aren’t consistent with how many days you can return an item. I followed instructions of not unwrapping the wig or any of the other items when I saw the color was wrong....so WHY would the COVID19 issue be a problem if them wig remains completely sealed in its Original packaging,
PLUS, they are now telling me they will only refund TEN PERCENT due to the Corona virus which was already happening in their country and mine when I placed my order. (Reason I ordered a wig in the first place...because our salons in America are closed).
I HIGHLY WARN ANYONE WHO IS THINKING OF ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I have now wasted HUNDREDS OF $$$$$
and still have no wig to wear until my salon re-opens!!!

I am thrilled. Ordered on 20th April, received by Royal Mail on 6th May. I had to cut the fringe a little, but it is as ordered - the colour and fit is fantastic.

Do not purchase anything from this China based company, even though the web site might lead you believe this is a UK company - it is not.

When the wig fanally arrived it was of such poor quality we had to reject it. A wig I had previously purchased for a tenner in a joke/fancy dress shop was of better quality.

We eventuall got some of our money returned.

My mother ordered a human hair wig from you and it's fake and straggly.

She has cancer and is losing her hair. This company is fraudulent and taking advantage of ill cancer patients.

Shame on the people running it.

We had a very bad experience with this company, but at least we got a full refund thanks to having paid with Paypal.

The item sent was the wrong colour, style, length and type and was very poor quality. It was a wig that wold normally be priced at under £10.

Their response was to offer a small refund for us to keep it - which we didn't want. For a return, they try to charge a nonsensical "restocking fee" of 40%

It was made difficult to find a return address anyway and it transpired it was in China, despite everything on the web site indicating it was a UK company.

If you have made the mistake of ordering from this company, log a complaint with Paypal resolution centre and don't take any nonsense. I eventually got a full refund of £131, which included their P&P charge. It did cost me about £18 to send the item back with tracking though.

If you didn't pay with Paypal, try your credit card company.

If you are in the UK, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are not UK based, they will not cancel your order even 48 hours later or issue refunds without a lot of hassle

The wigs they picture on line are beautiful but NOTHING EVEN CLOSE to what they will send you. I ordered 2 and it took forever, not the 7 to 12 days they claim, more like a month, and both wigs, I ordered different styles, were exactly alike. NO STYLE at all! Looked like 2 drowned sewer rats. Just ugly brownish ( I’m blonde, ordered blonde) horse hair coarse material that doesn’t even resemble hair, sewn on some lace strips sewn together to resemble a wig cap. Biggest rip-off I have ever seen! I should have guessed when I noticed there was no way to contact them directly. Came from CHINA, so beware because they are on-line under MANY different names: New York Wigs; Vogue Wigs, Re•Wig; Wigs by Andean; and the list goes on!

These are rogue traders.
They supplied me with a completely different wig to what I ordered, and only delivered that when I chased up the delivery. Seems they just send any old rubbish so they can keep your money.
They are refusing to refund my money too with rediculous excuses.
