Bought a human hair wig back in early December. Item never received. seller was not helpful at all. Logged complaint with Paypal, took a while but they found in my favour and had decided to refund me the full money. Take 3 to 5 days to arrive back in my account. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The wig i bought never turned up and the picture had been stolen from the newspaper. Wish I had read the trustpilot review first.

Don't trust these people firstly the wigs in the photos are not the wigs you will receive. The wigs you'll receive will be of the thinnest worst quality. Plus rewigs will take money from your account unorthrised. Also they are Chinese company!! Need I warn you more.

I made mistake of ordering
Co.uk? The Order came from CHINA!! - wasn’t even remotely similar to what I’d ordered - hideously false looking also
Returns policy - they wrote back saying sell to a friend or get it altered !! I replied no I’d like a refund and they offered 1/3 of the cost paid
I reported them to PayPal - fraudulently Advertising goods they weren’t supplying - I think pictures come from Another web site or used by another website ( who by the way also showed picture of item they didn’t sell - highlights in item which you couldn’t replicate as it says can’t dye) so anyway- 2 1/2 - 3 months later PayPal decides to refund me - but I must send it back to China at my own expense they dont refund Return costs - and also pay for tracking which they don’t refund - my refund going thru but I am left out of pocket and PayPal have not advised they are doing anything about this company’s rogue trading practices

Don't buy from this web site. I ordered the wrong wig, cancelled within 24 hours and they only refunded me 60% of my money back. They tried to negotiate returning my money and when I said it was less than 24 hours they showed me their web site that says cancel within 12 hours in order to get refund.

All these crap companies have the same website formula, lifted pictures of amazing hair but none of these are of wigs. They do not show a postal address. I have no intention of using them!

This is a HORRIBLE company. Do not buy from them. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The product is terrible and supposed to be human hair but I sincerely doubt it. Very poorly made and just total unsatisfactory. They will not satisfy the customer and do refunds. I pain $132 for some total crappy wigs! I learned a valuable lesson. ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS FIRST! Hope this saves some other person like myself from this bad experience.

Absolutely shocking. The wig is definitely not real hair. The hair is so thin that the cap is clearly visible. I trusted this company to help me gain confidence in my appearance.

I wish I could give this company a negative star!! I paid $110.00 for a wig that did not look like the photo ( I should have sent it back immediately but I did not). Once I put on the wig, it did not look bad so I decided to keep it. The hair was supposed to be ,100% human hair but I am suspect because it feels very course. I wore the wig for one week and the tracks started coming loose. I contact customer service did not offer a refund. They offered to remake the wig at 70% of cost of materials. I rejected and asked for other options. They offered $10.00 coupon on next purchase. I LOST ON THIS BUT WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN. TERRIBLE PRODUCT, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Very unprofessional people.I got wrong items. I decided to send it back and replaced with the correct ones. They asked me to send a few photos, as an evidence, what I have done, asking few times about the address. They kept me for weeks to provide the address. Finally I got it, it's in China. The website says it is UK. They offered me £30 for keeping this useless 2 items, obviously I will never use it, bad quality, bad customer service, fake website. AVOID THIS WENSITE. All my friends are aware.Legal action should be taken against these people.

In my experienced and honest opinion, this company is 100pct bogus. They steal pictures from other legit websites like Raquel Welch wigs and post them. I have reported them to Raquel Welch and the Post office because they only claim a 20.00 value when they send you the wig but they tell you they want it mailed back at what you paid for it via International postage and claim they 'may not sign' for it. it will cost lots of your time to send it back, if we did not sign for it or it is lost, damaged a little during returning, you will take responsibility for this. and all return shipping cost such as postage, tax and so on will be your responsibility. usually after receiving the item, our quality department also need time to check it carefully, then we do not know when will refund you.

If you want to buy a good wig go to wigsalon.com. I am very happy with them and even went IN PERSON to their store/warehouse because I couldn't trust buying from a bogus online Chinese company like ReWigs. STAY AWAY!!!! (No, I am not getting paid by wigsalon.com. I recommend them because I don't want us cancer patients to get ripped off)

I paid over £200 for a 100% real human hair wig. It took a month to arrive and it was shipped from the same country. It was supposed to be real human hair but it felt like plastic, I have had synthetic that felt more real. I wanted full bangs and the wig I got was more like a side parting. I have bought £30 wigs before from amazon that are much better quality! Don't waste your time and money go somewhere else. The only reason I am not giving it one star is because the colour is beautiful, It a shame about the rest of the wig.

I have given two stars because of bad customer service. I'd give the quality of the piece 5 rating and service 1.
I ordered two hair toppers, as multi-buy to choose one, from this shop recently. I emailed them saying that I would be returning one.
They arrived around the estimated time of 2 weeks. The make and hair quality are lovely. I have kept one, and contacted them, as required, to return the other one. The website says, customer pays return postage, cost of sending the order postage to me and £10 handling costs. I had understood that and was fine with it.
They are in China so communications happen with a 20+ hour difference in time.
on contacting them about the return they emailed saying they'd charge 15% handling fee, I'd have to post it to China and pay duty taxes! I emailed saying this was not acceptable as it is not in their Return Policy statement. They would not budge. We exchanged several emails over 5 or more days. I realised my best option was to ask for a partial refund and keep the second one, hoping I can sell it on. I haggled with them but they agreed to give me only 30% refund and I agreed. Yesterday they said they're refunding the money and I am waiting to receive it. Fingers crossed.
So, if you do buy from them make sure you would definitely want to keep it.

i received my hai topper today and so happy with it after waiting for 3 weeks. it is nice and nearly perfect.i confused the bad reviews are from their competitors.

HORRIBLE company... It's a weak side based in China.. none of those wigs are made... Would you order they start to make him can take 45 days to get the wig done.... Then they ship can be another 2 weeks, she your order could be 60 days out..... Terrible customer service, horrible wigs. Do not trust these companies do not buy from..

Dear ANYONE.

This is a fake site claiming to be UK based but they are in China! On friday 18th October at 5pm, I made the mistake of purchasing from this fake site. However, 5 hours later, after seeing on my paypal account that a payment had gone through to Ji Wu Zhi Mei, I thought WHAT! I immediately checked trust pilot (can't believe that I didn't do that first). I sent 3 emails requesting to cancel the payment, they responded by saying, "we are making it overnight". I contacted PayPal Friday night and again on Saturday via live chat. I asked them to check the pages of negative reviews on trust pilot about this fake company, but more importantly, I demanded to know how a company such as PayPal can continue to permit fraudulent companies to use the platform of PayPal, with many of the customers here clearly using their platform to purchase from Rewigs. I also went as far to search google for the photos that had used on the fake site which originate from Headcovers.com.

PayPal said they were going to escalate my case and retrieve my money after they heard back from Rewigs. I am pleased to say that my money has been refunded and is expected to be back in my bank in 5 days. So, anyone who has unfortunately, purchased items from this site prior to checking trust pilot first, refer PayPal to the trust pilot reviews, and demand your money back. There was no hesitation from PayPal, they acted straight away. I also requested that the fake site is escalated to the fraud/scam department and hope that they shut them down.

They are selling cheap synthetic wigs which they are falsely advertising as 100% real genuine human hair......... and they are getting away with it......
PayPal are even taking their side when you raise a dispute so please do not order from them and give them your money.
I will never again order from them and if I can tell as many people as possible not do so I will.
Cost me £319 for the privilege of realising this .... with no useable wigs to wear so please do not make that you too.
