DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. It's Chinese rubbish. Not only that you'll get another bill for import duty for £30.50. When I queried it rewigs.co.uk (who arnt uk) they said "unfortunately you only pay postage, not tax which is chosen by customs." I was an fool. Don't be the same. Do not use this company.

Stay away from this company biggest scam ever I needed a wig as having chemotherapy and what they sent me was disgusting it looks like roadkill how can they do this to people with a serious illness it’s not fair

This company is a Chinese company and my experience has been traumatic! No, I'm not exaggerating. I ordered 3 wigs and they were pretty awful! Too large and none were the colour I ordered.
I tried to return them and re-wigs have, over a couple of weeks of emails, tried to put me off time and time again, telling me how much they would charge, etc. And no wonder - if you return them they have to go to CHINA!
Don't touch them with a barge pole.

SCAM-I bought a product this site and then checked the reviews. I quickly wrote them multiple emails to cancel my order (within an hour of the order). They didn’t respond until two days later saying they already started making the product I ordered. Almost a week later and I still have not received my refund or any other response from them.

I wish I read these before I brought one. Dont look nothing like the picture not even same colour I ordered. Trying to send it back and get my money but they never reply to any emails. What a waste of £150 .

I wish I had checked this site before purchasing. The wigs they send are nothing like the pictures on their website. I ordered two wigs and both were supposed to be the same colour. They were two completely different colours and neither were what I ordered. One wig was supposedly real hair; it isn’t; it’s synthetic. This same wig doesn’t have hair covering the entire wig. There are large gaps which are very obvious and cannot be covered by what hair there is. The wig itself doesn’t cover my entire head; it sits on top of my head so my own hair is visible at the back and sides. Despite complaining, they refuse to accept there is anything wrong with the wigs. It is a complete and utter rip off! Give this bunch of thieves a wide berth. They are a joke. One star is being generous; what they really deserve is 0 stars.

I purchased a wig from these sellers costing £ 142 ( including £10 postage)only to change my mind 16 hours later.I emailed them to cancel and asked for refund.
They were slow to respond but when they did they asked why I wanted to cancel ,stating that they had started to make the wig.They didn’t confirm that they would refund.
After many emails to them,they emailed me stating that because I had cancelled after 12 hours of placing order they would have to deduct 40%,since this information is in their small print,I had to accept.
However,they remained slow in refunding me.
In view of all the negative reviews on Trustpilot (which I wished I had read before placing the order which contradicts all their wonderful reviews on their website) I decided to put in a claim with PayPal.
PayPal made a very quick decision and have decided in my favour and refunded the whole amount.Thank you PayPal.
My advice is don’t even consider buying from this disreputable seller.
Always check Trustpilot before making any purchase.
Always use PayPal for purchases .

very bad don't go again .they sent totally different from the pictures
i paid £100 but you can buy from ebay the same products for £15.

I ordered a wig that was supposed to be long wavy brown hair and ended up with ORANGE! I wouldn't even consider it red. I going through medical procedure where they have to shave my head and I am having to go from hair that is down to my waist to BALD. When I had contacted them and sent pictures of what showed up they offered to send me a partial refund of $80 when I paid $300. "NO" I want my money back! I thought luckily I paid with PayPal and had to get them involved. They ruled in my favor and are giving me a full refund, but I have to pay to ship this piece of crap from the United States to China. Why should I pay when it was their mistake??? We checked with Fed Ex and UPS and it was going to be over $100 to ship overseas. I almost started crying at Fed Ex. I called PayPal and explained that it is unfair to put that expense on me when it was not my mess up! I got NO WHERE with PayPal as far as how much I would have to pay for return shipping. I finally checked with USPS and they were $50 to ship to China. As much as I hated even spending that much it was better then what I was getting for quotes from the other places. The wig was also suppose to be 100% human hair and there is NO Way! Buyer BEWARE

I had to open a claim for a wig I received and returned. The decision was made by PayPal that I was denied a refund because I didn't have proof I returned it. I have the receipt from the post office and gave them all the information they needed! I wish there was a zero star rating I could give them but it goes from one star to five stars.

I was able to stop a payment on my transaction within a few hours after a purchase. Please read below. I hope it will help someone else as all postings about company helped me. Here is the story: I ordered a wig from this company before I read reviews about company as well. A few hours after my order of a wig, I thought about wig reviews on the rewigs website. For all wigs that I looked at there were about 12 reviews for most of the products. It seemed very strange so I decided to review the company and saw that the company is a scam. 4 hours after I placed an order, 1. I locked my credit card account on banking online website 2. I called my credit card company to disputed the charge and cancel the transaction 3. I alsoI canceled my credit card to prevent other fraudulent activity on my card. By doing that I was able to stop payment. I thank all people for their postings. I hope my post will help someone else too.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! 👎❌ The one star is because it actually was delivered but not even suitable for Halloween!! It's not even close to what I ordered I don't know how she is still in business

Like the others I wish I had researched this before I stupidly paid £150 for a wig from these CHINESE scammers . Be warned you won’t get your money back unless via PayPal but other ways then you’ve no chance and they are uncontactable and do not reply .
I have lost all that money from this a lesson learned but gutted beyond belief.

Bought a wig from them, took along time for it to come, I thought it was a UK site but it's from China. I ordered a shoulder length wavy wig, looked great in the photo I received a wig that looked like Shirley Temples curls, awful. I would advise against buying anything from them. Awful wig.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. I also thought this was a UK company. I ordered a human hair wig which it is not!!! It is not what was shown on the web site. Looks atrocious on me. Trying to return it and they want to trade me for another. I have just told them my rights and that I will find a way to return it. Very bad company stay away.

I thought I was ordering from a UK based company, load of rubbish that was they are Chinese. It has taken 11 weeks for my order to be shipped to me. Customer service is shocking will never order from them again.

I ordered a human hair half wig from this site cost 170 pound it arrived today never seen any thing like it was supposed. To be blonde mix it was yellow fake hair not human nothing like the picture. On there site no return form with it a disgrace well and truly ripped. Of by these people never again stay well clear every one

I ordered a wig and 8 weeks later I receive a completely different wig then what I ordered. I am not even sure what I received would be called a wig. It is terrible. I have sent an email to them concerning how to return this to them for a refund. after reading all of the reviews I will probably not hear from them again. Shame on me for not reading the reviews before ordering, this will not happen again.
