THIS COMPANY ARE CON ARTISTS. I HAVE BROWN HAIR AND I WAS SENT A DISGUSTING ORANGE PEACH WIG WHICH WAS SYNTHETIC FOR £128 plus shipping.
They want me to send it back at my own cost.

Rewigs are con artists. I spent £159 on a supposed human hair wig and when I eventually received it I was very let down with the quality, it was actually worse than my own hair. The wig was nothing like the photos and description the condition and style were appalling. I contacted them several times through their website to request the return address but did not get any response until I opened up a dispute through paypal. First they offered me £25 directly and then £50 through paypal which I made a mistake of declining. After I declined paypal made the decision to close my case so I appealed against it but unfortunately I did not get any money back and I was very disappointed with paypal for letting these scum bags continue to use them as a payment option. Lesson learned, PLEASE AVOID.

I ordered a wig and they sent the wrong one.Constantly battling to get the money for a chemo patient.They even suggested that they refund £25 and I keep the wig to have new look for myself.Despicable !!!

FALSE ADVERTISING several images this company is using are of models who have grey HAIR- NOT WIGS! I know because they are using my image without my permission. Very unethical

Re wigs are Con Artists that supply you a very cheap quality wig, but nothing like the photo you see advertised. I know that once you have paid, you have lost your money and they stop replying to your emails. Don't get caught like we did! Don't even think of ordering from them you can not trust them and you wont get your money back!!!

Please please stay away from this company. How I wish I had read the reviews before I put in an order. They are a total scam however I was lucky enough to get a full refund through Paypal. They do everything to fob you off when you realise within minutes of ordering you have made a mistake. Within half an hour of ordering I was unable to cancel because the hairpiece was already in production. One month later no hairpiece and their excuse was they have not been able to start because of holidays. Total scam company....

I didn't realize I had to research a wig company before making a purchase. As soon as I bought a wig from here I looked at their ratings and was horrified to find 1 star ratings all across the web. So, I immediately wrote (because no phone number is provided) to cancel my order. The Chinese seller didn't answer me, so I wrote again and told them I was going to dispute the charge on my credit card and report them to the BBB. They responded by saying "hello dear, your wig is under production and we will expedite your order". I wrote again saying NO! I want to CANCEL my order! They responded "thank you for your note, friend. your wig is in production and should be finished within 20 days". Thank God I use a good credit union who got my money back. Never heard from the scam wig company again.

I Ordered a wig back in December 2018 and i paid £179.00 to this company only to have receive no communication from them at all after countless emails. However thankfully i paid through paypal so i was covered and only today i was refunded the full amount by paypal. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE NOT to use this company in any shape or form as you will be totally ripped off and if you do then use paypal to cover yourself.

I ordered a wig. They use some weird tracking site that says it was delivered to Albany NY. I live in Georgia.

Long story short. No wig. No refund. No recourse

Like many others I now realise that I have been duped by Rewigs. They send me junk wigs and there is no way to get refunded. No return address - no phone number . no response to email.
i don't understand why PayPal is in any way associated with these online scammers. Rewigs should be prosecuted for fraud

I purchased a topper April last year returned it and still have not been refunded I sent in proof of purchase and was told the hair topper was still being checked before I could get a refund the topper was
£103.00 this is a disgrace

I paid £168 For a wig . It took around 4 weeks to arrive. The wig was not what I ordered .....it was wrong length wrong colour wrong style most shocking was when i brushed it the hair fell out..utter joke I had just throwed £168 in the bin. Gutted

This Rewigs is very Bad !! I order a wig 12-09-18 still have not Received it the date now is 01-04-19 and still no wig saying that it still in production nothing takes that long I have been scam by these people though pay pal for $207.00 I must say do not trust this site Rewigs and I want the whole world to know someone is going to pay me back my money they have not heard the last from me I am going to try every thing I can to get this site shut down!!

Chinese Scammers !!
My order took forever to come through the post after 5weeks , and to makes matters worse is they sent a completely different wig and wrong colour and style .
Poor customer service , worst on the internet !!!

Don't buy from rewigs they are Chinese scammers. Nasty people have no uk connection its just a lie. The wig I got was rubbish nothing like I ordered. Cannot get an address and to return it you have to pay more costs. I was lucky got a refund from pay pal. I'll make sure I don't order anything from China again. They don't even deserve 1 star !!!

Counterfeit scam artists!
I was new to wigs as I had just been diagnosed with Alopecia and when these awful wigs arrived I assumed that wigs were just not for me. Now I am a bit more experienced I know that the photos they were using were stolen from legit wig providers. They were showing photos of Ellen Wille and Raquel Welch wigs but the ones they sent are complete counterfeits. The quality is terrible. They look nothing like the photos and come in plain boxes with none of the labels that I now know you receive with Ellen Wille wigs. They are just con artists preying on vulnerable people

This company must be based out of China. I ordered a remy hair curly wig on Sep 12th through paypal. I continued to send emails asking about a tracking number as m "account" on site did not show I ordered anything. Then, OCTOBER 2nd, I receive a mysterious package with no return addess. Inside is a used cardboard box. Inside the bkx is a ziplock bag with no markings, product name, branding, etc. A cheap hairpiece is in hairnet that is red-headed bob cut--complete opposite of what I ordered. I cannot reach company, so I opem dispute through paypal and USAA. I then start to get regular emails from alleged company in poor english, all starting with "dear friend" The first several days they pretended they didnt know what I was talking about and that the product was correct. Three days in a row I stated I wanted a full refund. Then today, they offer 40% and to keep cheap, hideous , poor excuse of a wig. I deckine and state we demand full refund and requested such through paypal. I get another email stating they "couldn't afford" full refund due to poor profit margin. I am still fighting them,
They will steal your money and try to play games thinking you will get tired and give up.
Finally.....to add insult to injury, I put review on their website and they changed my "1-star " (zero not an option) to a five star review.

I have found that is wig is a knockoff of the "Tab wig by Ellie Wills", without tags, cheaply made and contact from seller is spotty. They advertise from UK, but REALLY comes from China. I asked them where was it coming from , they never answered, and gave me a run -a-round. Also, read reviews for this site, 0 stars, they are con artists. They like to bargain, saying they will return 20% to 40%, and you keep the trashy wig. I found the name brand wig on Ebay and purchased it. I have contacted them on their web site and through 2 email addresses. Their replies are none, this morning, Sept 4, 2018 they asked for pictures of the wig. Thanks so much I opened a case with paypal. Price $141.00 and mailed it back for $60.00

The worst company I have ever dealt with from China. They show up as a company in the UK, but they are from China. I ordered an African American natural curly hair wig for my wife from this company and it took them 2 months to deliver the wig. First of all it was the wrong wig and the wrong color. I made several attempts to contact the company without any success until I threatened to give a bad review that they replied. I requested to return the wig but they made every attempt with up to 20% discount to keep the wig, but I told them that I had no use for the style of wig that I received. I paid $15 for the delivery which I was willing to let that go but they convinced me to ship the wig back to them and they will refund the shipping. It cost me $25 to ship the wig back and they pleaded for me to help them pay part of the shipping. At this time I was so frustrated with doing business with this company that I agreed to pay $10 of the $25 which meant I was loosing $25 total shipping just to get my refund. After they received the wig back they refused to refund S15 of the total $40 that I paid for receiving and returning the wig back to China. So in all it cost me $40 for nothing just to do business with this company.

Please Do not order from this company. You do not get what you are ordering. I have ordered two wigs from this company and look nothing like the picture on the website. The quality of the wigs are not good. I have had wigs before from other companies and had to pay more but you can see why once you get a wig from this company. Id rather pay more and get a better quality wig and order from a more trusting genuine company especially when your having to have wigs for medical reason.

They will only offer 30% refund and charge 20% restocking fee. What about the other 50%.
