I have long had two Classic cars insured with you & when renewing I asked Eliza Mills about incorporating my day to day driver into the policy. She leapt at the opportunity, synchronised the renewal dates & set the whole unexpected thing up. It was a most pleasant & helpful experience.

Clear explanations given by a very pleasant member of staff who made the process so easy ( it's a shame numerous other companies, not just insurance companies, are like this). Very easy to amend my existing policy and I find the prices very reasonable. More than happy to use RH insurance and hope to continue for many years to come.

Tom sorted out a new policy for me halving my renewal premium with someone else, he made it straight forward keeping me informed at all points, these guys where so impressive

A difficult one as I wanted to add my young daughter with less than 12mths driving experience to a new policy.

Used RH Specialist in the past but didn't know if this would be possible or affordable.

We now have a policy for my wife, father and myself with my daughter being able to drive accompanied.

Price was very little more than the standard policy.

Nothing was too much trouble for this company.

Gent I spoke to (Richard) very polite and very friendly. Felt more of a chat than a business conversation.

After a couple of enquiries with different operators at RH about my renewal I was lucky enough to get to speak to Tom (Edwards). He couldn't have been more helpful, and was very patient at tracking down answers to my unexpected questions about some of the small print in the policy. I was insuring three classics and a modern motorcycle on one policy and I couldn't find a cheaper quote, like for like, after shopping around. Not that there are many choices for this type of insurance.
It's one thing to have a helpful broker like RH to speak to, but you only find out how good insurance is when you make a claim. Insurer ERS and Call Assist breakdown do have their share of bad reviews, but there are far worse, so on balance I feel I've probably done as well as I can in a limited field.

The product is framed to suit my requirements, both cost wise and orientation of cover. However, equally important is the personal, helpful professionalism I experienced dealing with Thomas Edwards who made making minor additional adjustments to policy conditions an easy, painless process

I have recently spoken with Carina over the telephone regarding my classic car insurance.
