Always had pleasant and easy conversations and renewals with RHS. Tom was particularly good on this occasion being fully aware of the non-application of IPT for Isle of Man addresses. Had a claim earlier in the year that was dealt with quickly, painlessly and exactly as I requested. Full marks!

When adding a new car to my policy, Rachael and Elliot were of great help and made the whole experience simple and stress free!

I have had a series of classic cars insured through RH Specialist Vehicle Insurance and even though I routinely research alternative insurance policies when its time to renew, I always find RH to provide the most comprehensive cover at the best price once everything I need is factored in. Additionally the personal service offered over the phone is exceptional. Today for example I had the pleasure of dealing with David Leivers who not only clearly knew his subject and was therefore able to answer all my queries quickly and comprehensively but also did this with courtesy, whilst demonstrating a clear desire to help.
Full marks also to RH for being completely transparent about their charges, unlike several other "specialist" insurers I have tried, who try to hook you in with supposed 25% "club discounts" which oddly evaporate when the bottom line is revealed because underwriters are not signed up to them!! Ok so its a little galling to have the cost of insurance creep up year on year due to new admin fees being applied but if the overall cost is still cheaper than the opposition, then I guess I shouldn't complain too loudly!

I rang to increase my mileage limit for my classic cars. Elliot dealt with my enquiry quickly and efficiently. It was great service, can't recommend RH highly enough.

This is the first time a specialist insurer I have dealt with, especially when bought out by a larger group, that I have been genuinely ecstatic with the service during my renewal experience. Not only did David Leivers re-quote because he believed they could be more competitive since they sent me my renewal invite, but he also went to the trouble of sending additional documentation after I had explained my wants poorly. I would highly recommend David to many friends and family when considering a policy for their car.

I have been unlucky enough to have one of my cars written off this week and called to make some enquires concerning the matter and to get a quote for a car I am going to look at to replace my damaged one. The matter was dealt with by Heather Gorton who went out of her way to answer all my questions in a very sympathetic and business like manner. I was very impressed with the service she gave. I was sent my classic bike insurance renewal reminder by email the other day and having read it found it most satisfactory regarding price and cover,so I called in to them today (no waiting on line) and told Emma I wished to proceed with the payment, she very professionally read out the obligatory questions and took card payment with no complications at all

Called on behalf of a Vintage Car Club to clarify the insurance possibilities for a Rolling Chassis that was to be exhibited at Shows. Elliot Silvierq could not have been more helpful.
RH have provided cover for my own 3 Vintage Cars and trailer for many years and dealt with an accident claim efficiently a couple of years back, so I wasn't surprised at their positive response to my 'odd' request.
