⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ please do not use this firm as I have been ripped off by Rowan. Rowan identifies on TikTok as stable king this is where I found his services. I have since found out he is also trading as RHT equestrian and RHT kennels. Initial communications were not great however I persisted I was then instructed to do a bank transfer of a deposit which was completed. He then turned up at my property and demanded the remaining monies before he would even unload it off of his trailer. This concerned me greatly however again I persisted, he erected a stable block which consisted of three compartments which were each 12 x 12 and all of this in three hours, which again concerned me. Two days after it was erected, we experienced light showers and it was evident the stables were leaking. I contacted him immediately and shown him videos He claimed it was his dad‘s fault and returned to fix it then six weeks following that visit there was a lot of water coming through the roof in one corner and he told me to get a screw and to screw it in I informed him this is not something I could do myself as I am not a roofer and this would be why we opted to use his services in the first place. he returned again to fix the issue which turned out to be more than just a screw needing. At this point we were at six months post instalment and the wooden boards in the roof were already rotting with the damp. After contacting him again, he informed me he would come and remove the roof and replace the boards but at this stage I was very ill in hospital and I asked him if he could leave it till I was better he agreed. The stables at this point were then 10 months old I contacted him to say that I was better and could he facilitate a visit to say his customer service is disgraceful, his mannerisms, phone manner and language was unacceptable, laughing down the phone to me telling me the stables are two years old and that it is finished and done and don’t ring anymore but I have all the correspondence and pictures including dates and times to correspond with what I have said and that they are in fact only 10 months old. I am now left with stables that are not fit for purpose and not what I paid for or was promised. I would like to warn anyone who is considering using his services to please do so with caution and I’m more than happy if anyone would like to contact me I can provide you with all of the evidence to back up what I’m saying, I would hate for anybody else to feel ripped off and left with an end product not fit for use and He has since taken it upon himself to block me.
