Ria Health has really helped me reevaluate my relationship with alcohol. The Care team that I worked with was amazing. I really enjoyed working with my counselor Brett Lowry and my NP Tamara Henry. They are wonderful and caring providers. They were bith very encouraging in every stage of the program. Scheduling sessions was very easy. The whole program is very patient friendly. I would highly recommend the program to anyone seeking help with alcohol.

I joined Ria Sep 8 over the phone. They were so excited my insurance would cover costs, which is a few thousand down and hundreds a month thereafter. Right away they scheduled me for a bunch of meetings which wasn’t what I was looking for. The first time I talked to a Nurse, was Sep 9 and that was only to verify the information I submitted on the phone and filled out online. No help/treatment/council on anything given. I was set to meet a nurse on a zoom call sep 10 at 11:00 am. I was told this was to go over options for treatment such as meds and was excited to finally receive help. I joined the zoom room at 10:50am, waited, and at 11:05 I get a text saying I was a no show. I called customer service and they said it was my fault and the nurse was gone for the day! I can reschedule for next week, but I need help today! After giving me the run around, I cancelled my membership. I then got an email saying that they’ve cancelled my membership but will continue to “Bill my insurance on my behalf” and charge me for continued services! I should have caught the red flag when they needed a credit card to put on file even after they promised my insurance would cover all costs.

Update: When I terminated my membership, they had promised that I would not be charged for the meeting with the Nurse that did not show up. Well they did put a charge on my card. Not insurance like they said at first would cover everything, but my debit card. If you need help with alcohol, go anywhere else, cause dealing with Ria makes you want to drink till you pass out.

Working with Brett has been great. He has a talent for helping me stay focused on what’s important.

I found one-on-one counseling very helpful. The only part of the program I wasn't very pleased with was being prescribed meds right away. I understand each person is different, but I found I did better cutting back with suggestions and techniques rather than medication.

This program contributed to my son's death from alcoholism. The don't treat the disease, they prescribe medications that should not be used together and definitely not be used by someone still drinking alcohol. Now the county medical examiner (ME) has subpoenaed the medical records and RIA is ignoring the subpoena. The ME cannot complete the death certificate without the medical records. Without the death certificate my son's wife and son cannot access his assets. RIA providers are incompetent, dangerous and their practice is medical malpractice. STAY AWAY FROM RIA HEALTH IF YOU WANT TO LIVE!!!

Ria has been extremely helpful in managing my relationship with alcohol. My counselor, Brett, is warm and knowledgeable, and has been a godsend throughout this journey. Teamed with medication and some of Ria’s accountability features, I feel well equipped for the future.

I am currently 63 days sober and I couldn't have done it without Ria. The personalized (and confidencial) support from the doctors, my coach and the community have made a huge impact on my sobriety and I am eternally grateful!

RIA provides many great resources for people like myself who were on the path to recovery. With their help, I have been able to drink responsibly and continue to do so.

Brett Lowrey was a phenomenal coach that gave me multiple tools for different occasions to deal with the challenges and pressures of drinking. I feel very equipped to handle the future challenges of personal habits and social pressures of drinking.

Everything is great except the constant reminders on my phone. Medication is great on its own. Support when needed is good.

Extremely helpful & supportive. No judgement just helpful tips and advice offering great resources along the way. I highly recommend.

Your meds are limited. I feel im more informed then the doctor when they have to google the side effects of the meds they prescribe.
I am happy with the staff there all kind and prompt.
Don't really feel this is helping me quit alcohol an im debated quiting the program and finding another.
