Just poorly set all round. Cancel account I’m going new directions

Got me started right away. Took a few days to get coach. Another few for meds... its been helpful but worth what I paid out of pocket since not covered under insurance... no, coaching is just like talking to a stranger not really guided by any real conversation structure. Havent had groups yet. Med call was more guided by myself and what I wanted cause they just wanted to start low. Even though I shared my experience in past. Overall if it was less $ or covered, I would continue with program but 2 weeks in im not inclined too.

The doctors were always very kind and nice. Brett Lowry was hands-down a very calm, cool, collected and awesome dude. Great insight on everything.

The medication has been helpful. The coaching sessions have not. There is not really any opportunity for a personal connection and the directives are the same each time. It is not a good use of my time.

Wonderful doctors and counselors. I have made tremendous progress with their help.

My coach is Brett Lowrey and right away we had a good connection! It’s not often to find that in a coach/therapist/counselor! As we are both veterans, Brett and I “speak the same language” when it comes to things, and he has an innate knowledge of what would work for me as a vet during my recovery and subsequent maintenance of sobriety. Everyone at RIA Health has been amazing and I am more than farther along in reaching my goal of abstinence than I thought I would be. I’ve had the opportunity to attend inpatient programs but this has been the most effective path for me and I would not change it at all! I’m thankful for RIA Health and especially thankful for Brett Lowrey! 10 out of 10 Stars all the way!

Fantastic people that don’t judge and are really invested in the people they serve

I can’t recommend Brett Lowrey at Ria Health highly enough.

When I started the program in April, I was struggling with binge drinking. I wasn’t looking for judgment—I was looking for someone who could help me understand my habits, give me practical tools, and support me while I made real changes. Brett has been exactly that person.

With his coaching, combined with naltrexone, I haven’t had a single hangover since starting the program. That’s something I honestly wasn’t sure was possible a few months ago.

Brett has a way of making you feel heard without ever making you feel ashamed. He’s encouraging, insightful, and knows when to challenge you and when to simply listen. He helps you focus on progress instead of perfection, which made all the difference for me. If you’re someone who appreciates a coach who is positive, adaptable, genuinely invested in your success, and able to meet you where you are, Brett is exceptional.

If you’re considering Ria Health, I hope you’re lucky enough to work with Brett. He’s had a meaningful impact on my life, and I’m incredibly grateful for his guidance.

Terrible experience here. I came to them looking for help. I had struggled for years with alcoholism and thankfully quick cold turkey a few days before showing up to Ria Health. Once I got an appointment they were pushing various medications on me and I declined. I was willing to stay in the program, continue coaching and continued to not drink. They would not approve my medical leave from work that I took to get straight, because I didn't show up sick enough. This is another big online pharmacy.... if you aren't taking medication they punish you. Buyer beware, they are not out for your welll being.

My recovery started with 80 days of rehab followed by over two years with Ria. My goal was to completely stop drinking and soon I will be three years sober.

Ria provided the coaching, medication, and support that I needed and it was all covered by my insurance.

I’m still on my recovery journey but I feel better, my doctor is thrilled how my body has healed and my marriage is on solid ground again.

My life is SO much better and Ria contributed to my ongoing success.

Michael is encouraging and engaging and comes up with suggestions.

My counseling session have been a tremendous help in all aspects of my life. Sarrika Chauhan has sound advice and offers guidance allowing me to navigate my sobriety.

Sarrika is phenomenal as a counselor. Her guidance and knowledge are helping me to take control over what I thought I couldn't control, and her positive, empathetic outlook make me look forward to our sessions.

The experience with Ria Health has been great so far. The teamwork with the coach Michael Grof and the medical professional, Guylaine Dunac is unique and has been working well for me personally. I have tried other routes to control my drinking, but this has proven the most effective. Thank you!
