Ribbons & Reeves Reviews

I had a great experience working with Ribbons & Reeves all thanks to Tom (and also their lovely staff who picked up the phone every time I called)! Tom was friendly, prompt at communicating and helpful in tricky situations. Within 2 weeks of getting in touch with them, I secured a job that met my criteria.
Thank you, and a big thanks to Tom!

My experience with Ribbons & Reeves has been great. They promptly got in touch with me about the roles I applied for and made sure to send my details/applications to the area and specific titles I wanted. Staff were always in touch with great communication and enthusiasm. Because of their quick work I got a job in a great school with the exact role I wanted, after only a few weeks. Big thanks to Lucy and Tom!

10/10 experience working with Charlie from Ribbons & Reeves!
I was interested in a teaching assistant role and Charlie was able to help me get an interview very quickly. I start my new job in September!

Had a great experience working with Charlie from Ribbons & Reeves. He arranged for me to have viewings/tours of the schools as that was something I wanted before applying for any position. He listened to my needs from a school and tried to suit them in where possible. I was able to view and interview quickly before half term. Great communication throughout the whole process. Thank you!

I have loved my experience of working with Tom at Ribbons & Reeves! I have worked with many other agencies and agents across my years of teaching but no one has compared to Tom. He really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for in a school. Tom never pressured me to accept an offer that I didn't feel confident accepting (I've worked with other agencies who have been quite difficult if I didn't accept a job at any old school!). Most importantly, Tom always took the time to talk to me before an interview, would be incredibly supportive and encouraging so I'd be in the best mindset for an interview which would later land me a job! Couldn't recommend Ribbons & Reeves and Tom enough!

I would highly recommend Ribbons & Reeves. It has been a pleasure putting my trust in Tom. He has been FANTASIC! Tom has helped me secure my first ECT role at an amazing school after having my first interview. I cannot praise him enough! He has truly been supportive and encouraging throughout and ensured that he matched my needs with the school. Tom made the whole process smooth sailing and provided superb advice and preparation prior to the interview. He has gone beyond and above my expectations - THE BEST OF THE BEST!

I have had a really positive experience working with Charlie from Ribbons and Reeves. He took the time to learn about me and understand the kind of role I was looking for and found me a great new teaching role. Charlie requested the information I needed for the interview and made the communications with the school easy. He also understood the pressures of school work commitments whilst job searching and was very accommodating. Additionally he showed great depth of knowledge of the education sector and the hiring processes. Highly recommended.

Amazing company - thoroughly recommend. I reached out during the pandemic regarding a new teaching role and was contacted by Melissa, who was incredible in supporting my search. She organised interviews for me for a new post and I was successful in the process. Thanks to her I have a new role for September and I am absolutely delighted. It would not have been possible without her support!

I had an amazing experience being supported by the staff at Ribbons & Reeves. After initially connecting on LinkedIn and organising a phone call to discuss opportunities, they rapidly got in touch with details of a suitable school. We were then able to quickly organise an interview and secure a role at the school. From first connecting to accepting the role this occurred over less than a 2 week period and I would highly recommend them.

However, thanks to Charlie I felt completely prepared and he was always available to speak to if I had any questions or if I was overthinking anything! The entire process was easy and quick and would definitely work with the company again in the future.

I have had an amazing experience with Ribbons & Reeves. Within having my first phone call with Tom he had secured me 2 job interviews within the space of an hour.
