Ribbons & Reeves Reviews

So responsive and helpful. Thank you Tom for all your help! I highly recommend.

Charlie and the rest of the ribbon and reeves team were brilliant, securing me a job in no time at all, being consistently friendly and efficient, whilst the process always remained very stress free for myself. There was clearly a lot of time and effort put into the process, and Charlie made me feel I could ask any questions, and made the interviewing process very calm and relaxed. Also was offered very useful advice before my interview. can’t recommend them enough!

I was first recommended Ribbons and Reeves by a few friends, and I have to say my experience was outstanding from the beginning. Charlie (and the rest of the team!) were so lovely and supportive, and guided me through every step of the way.

They tailored my whole experience to my own personal requirements and preferences, secured me an interview within the first week or so of joining them, and even guided me through it and gave me really helpful tips and advice. I was then able to secure a position that I am absolutely over the moon with, and I couldn't be more grateful to Charlie and the team :)

They have gone above and beyond, and exceeded the standards of a recruitment agency. Would highly recommend to anyone looking into teaching.

Was provided a friendly, quick and professional service. Charlie was very helpful and guided me through each step of the process including help with interview questions and I was able to secure a teaching assistant role within a few days. Would highly recommend Ribbons and Reeves for anyone looking to get into teaching.

Professional, friendly and without having 1000 calls Charlie managed to get me exactly the role I was looking for. Listening to my exact wishes and pinpointing the right role with fast efficient and effective delivery was more than I could ask for. Thank you Charlie and team.

This agency really helped with supporting me to find the right kind of role for my experience and needs. Both Tom and Matt went above and beyond to find me a school that was local, KS2 and offered teacher training, which is exactly what I was looking for!

This company is great! I left my job due to personal circumstances and Matt was very accommodating by making sure that he found the best location and year group for me to teach. He has gone above and beyond all that I could of asked for and ensured that he kept in contact at every stage! Very friendly and supportive.

Thank you so much for your great service.

I’m currently in the process of applying to do my Teacher Training next year, and my big downfall was not having any experience of working in a school-setting. When trying to gain this experience, everywhere I applied for as a Teaching Assistant - even those listed as “work experience” - required me to have the previous experience which I lacked. Ribbons and Reeves instead saw my potential in working in education, and immediately found me a position working as a Teaching Assistant in a local school. Shortly after this, I was offered a place on one of my Teacher Training courses. A very big thank you to the Ribbons and Reeves team (in particular Matt) from a future primary school teacher!

This was my first time working with an agency and working as a TA and it’s been an amazing experience! Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The staff were always ready to help with any questions and actively trying to place me in a school. I would definitely recommend their services!

After months of frustrating job searching and going back and forth with various agencies, I got a call from Ribbon & Reeves. Tom, the gentleman I spoke with, took the time to listen intently to my preferences, my goals and what I wanted out of a new job. Within hours I had a call back about exciting new opportunities which would allow me to expand my teaching career.

Within only a few days, I had been accepted onto a contract with a new school. Throughout, R & R were exceptionally professional and helpful in this process. After I had started my role they made payment a breeze by using online timesheets.

After I had finished my agency time with the school, I interviewed to stay on full-time, R & R took the time to call me to talk through my interview, giving helpful tips and advice.

Having worked with a lot of agencies throughout my teaching career, I'd highly recommend Ribbon & Reeves over all others. Fantastic staff, service and support.

Just last week I was on the phone to the recruitment team (who each sent me amazing opportunities!), and now one week on, I have a job. A really lovely bunch who will do everything they can to find the most suitable role for you. Can't thank everyone enough, especially Charlie for helping me land the most perfect role in a wonderful school.

Brilliant service!! I was taken care of by Melissa and Lauren who are both so amazing and perceptive! They helped me secure a job I was super keen about and have been so supportive and helpful along the way!! Thank you

Thanks Ribbons and Reeves for helping me secure the first job I went for. I found Tom helpful, reassuring and approachable. Thanks again.

My recruiter Tom was extremely helpful and gave me genuine advice and feedback, landing me a role I enjoy. Many thanks to Ribbon & Reeves!

Charlie has been great in helping me find a job which suits my educational background and meets the requirements for what I wish to pursue as a career. He has gone above and beyond to secure me multiple job interviews and had taken on board feedback from my interview experiences to allow me to progress to a role that was better suited to me. I now have a job which I love, and I am very grateful to Charlie and Matt from Ribbons & Reeves in helping me get to this stage.

Helpful and have good advice where needed.

I worked mainly with Tom but had nice calls with other members of the team.

They knew exactly what I wanted and went out to help me find it! I had up to 3 interviews a week! The team found the right schools, right positions and was incredibly accommodation to my current situation.

If you are looking to enter teaching they are an absolute must!

My experience with Ribbons and Reeves has been brilliant! Having working closely with Matt, he has helped me to find a teaching assistant job that is well suited to me whilst also encouraging and supporting me throughout the application process. The process was very easy and straightforward and I am still able to keep in contact with Matt easily if I ever have any worries. Couldn’t recommend Ribbons and Reeves more!

My first contact with Ribbons & Reeves was with Melissa and she was incredibly helpful at guiding me through the application process and looking for suitable schools for me. Lauren helped to set up an interview and I was so delighted to have received the positive news that I had a new position!!
