It was in good condition.
It was more expensive than I would normally spend but hoping the deer will not find it.

Flower Power Weedkiller
Excellent product at a great price. Initially bought the spray bottle and we're so impressed with the product we've now bought the concentrate. Really does kill weeds within hours and it's glyphosate free.

I phoned the company for a little piece of advice on one of their products and was greeted on the phone by a very abrupt lady who said we don’t give advice on the phone go on our website. I did reply I only want one small piece of advice 3 seconds no we do not give advice on the phone go to our website.
Having spent a lot of money over time with this company I felt this very annoying especially as the advice I wanted was not on the website.
So it’s seems to me they are only interested in selling their products and not giving advice so basically only interested in taking your money

Disappointed with this product .I purchased 2xDrop&Bloom bulb tray ,both the same ,one for my friend and one for myself.One freesia flowered then died the next day and 2x gladioli’s which had 2 flowers on them . Nothing else appeared . I will not buy this product again .

The last two bags I’ve had I have had to sieve due to the large amount of dust In it

Salvia Hotlips. Plant arrived in poor condition and although every care was taken by me, the plant did not recover or thrive.

I'd heard a lot about Flower Power but never tried it before. The customer service team were really helpful. The product has more than lived up to my expectations - it beat everything else I've tried. Will definitely be buying again.

Further almost 1 month delay to plant order. Michelle from customer service rather talks over customer concerns than listen. Refund requested was not what she guaranteed. On repeat call she became very defensive, unhelpful and falsly accusational. Will never buy from again.

I ordered some of the slug and snail pellets. They seem to be working very well. The pellets are expensive but I have 2 young granddaughters and a dog so I had to choose my slug control carefully. My only criticism of this product is that I don't think the box is very good for dispensing the pellets and I've ended up putting them into a plastic bottle.

Ordered some Cirsium, 6 x9cm plants. They arrived the very next day, carefully packed and in perfect condition. Good strong plants! I’m absolutely delighted. Without doubt the best experience ever from an on-line plant company. Some of the more popular plant companies could learn a lot from this company in my opinion.

Tomato plants arrived today ,on opening the packaging the plants we're to big for the blister packs, causing the plants to have grow currled, they don't look healthy compared to others I am growing, I am very disappointed as I've been very happy with Richard jacksons products and use them all the time

I ordered a 5ltr of lawn care magic I never received it after 7 days. Checked with EVRI say no more who on the app had not even collected it from them 7 days later . Rang customer service at Richard Jackson who offered a refund or a replacement, EVRI are a shocking courier company so cancelled my order and got a full refund. Not worth the inconvenience in dealing with this company if that’s the service they offer .

Only received the part my order would not recommend wished I’d looked at reviews first

Will NEVER use again

After 2 months my order was cancelled…. No reason or explanation or apologee. I kept chasing but was told it would be delivered….. poor service. Will not order again!!!

Have requested a VAT invoice THREE times, still not had it, they are legally required to provide one if asked so I'll be making a complaint to their local trading standards office to see if that gets them moving with a bit more urgency.

Just received a iberis plant...ecselant specimen...just covered in flowers ...beautiful...packing box a fine design...it hadn't moved in transit...so pleased with price too...have had past orders..and standard of plants /bulbs..easy compost etc.. faultless ..well done to you and your family..and for getting the WHICHaproval...

Used to be a fan of richard Jackson until I watched him on qvc being very rude to one of the presenters Katherine
Will no longer purchase his products I think he has become a little big for his boots and products have become expensive
