this company just isn't a good one at all they still owe me 50$

I have contacted your customer service team dozens of times during the last month's, regarding my payout from May this year! Never are they getting back to me! And the only answer you all are giving me here is, contact them! What a joke; cause they haven't!

Reliable and fast

I earned 2 gift cards today that I had to spend $20 to get and I sent you guys an email of all the purchases i made that didn't count towards the gift cards and showed screen shots of the 2 different messages saying what games are included and what aren't included. It started off great using the app but things are getting screwed up and idk why or what to do?

Seems to be pretty straight fwd about everything so far. The games they have available are genuinely fun games to play. Loking it so far

They told me to reach out to a completely different email than what they have listed via the app and every other platform. After sending an email to the address they gave me I still haven’t heard from them or gotten my $50 reward this is beyond insane at this point

Still haven't recieved my rewards. Been trying to contact support with no response. They dont care. I spent money to try and reach withdrawal and yet they wont even give me my reward. They are scammers. Dont believe them!

I would give Richie Games a 5 but I don't like how the app tries to open when you are playing a different game, it gives you Free Google Gift Cards each day!! $50 Cash Out kinda disappointed about that but it's really easy to achieve not like the others that only pay in cents! I have yet to Cash Out but I will update when I do, so far so good I'm intrigued

They are not trustworthy.they will not payout your rewards. Their phone number has been disconnected.

The rewards used to pay out. Now they are using a third party dispatcher as the excuse for rewards not being issued.

I have an open ticket for my reward of $125 Visa Gift card, and have been waiting since the beginning of August.

2 stars because it DID work once upon a time. But now, just feels like a total scam. Waste.of.time!

I am missing several payments as well as I used my Google Play credit but it isn't showing therefore it ain't me for more money. I'm also not s getting my $3 for the 2 times I have played 7 days, 3rd When I play 45 min I'm not getting awarded each time. Can you please help correct so I can keep enjoying my time . I will also correct the rating once corrected. Thank you I have emailed screenshots.

I honestly enjoy the app but i am saddened because ots been over 5 business days and not a word from Richie Games about my reward cashout to Paypal. Im not surewhy they arent responding to my emails but i hope it is really coming.

So I've reached a point from playing games, collecting rewards and points and have got 1,521,810 points and reached my target to redeem 1.400,000 points for £80 with Paypal, but when I go to claim it I get an "Oops! Message telling me to make 5 purchases in any game you play in Richie to be able to claim your gift card". I did ask if I have to make 5 purchases in one game or can I spread them out and make 5 purchases over 5 games? NO RESPONSE, I did make 5 purchases in 1 game but still unable to claim the voucher and they never reply, I've sent a few emails now but they never reply, ,DON'T USE THIS APP IF YOUR TRYING TO GET THE REWARDS AS THEY DON'T PAY OUT.

I requested a reward payout mid June. It is now. September 20th and still it is under review I have submitted a complaint or a follow-up email and still I've heard nothing from the reward other than there is a wait list. I think it's safe to say that I will not be getting nothing. Which is unfortunate because I paid for in app add-ons to help me reach the set goal. It is what it is just thought I'd give an honest feedback based on my personal experience.

I no longer get the gift cards for spending money in the games. I spent $9.99 twice and nothing. I reported it to support and I have not received a response.

Been writing for months about my payout still nothing no one answering anything its been well over 3 months
