Went in for diagnostics for a boot that wouldn't open. I was anxious about charges but Chris Ledesma kept me in touch throughout the day and had called me before the appointment so that I knew exactly what would happen on the day. They found the problem and advised that it would be covered by the warranty. Chris organised a lift home for me as I was stranded and the problem was fixed over night. Chris then helped me sort out a service plan to prevent further stress - I get free MOTs with that too! He then came and sat in the car with me as I wasn't sure what all the buttons did. Everyone was professional and helpful and it's great to know that I have a contact at the Guildford branch to email when the car needs booking in. A good experience all round. Thank you!

Brought my Kona for its scheduled annual service this morning at 8am. Though I was supposed to use the auto locker to drop my keys, there was no need as Chris Ledesma, one of the service advisors, was there to greet me and immediately processed my booking. He went through it and asked if there are issues I am aware of that I wanted the shop to look at. Though I was booked for the whole day, he gave me a specific time frame of when I can come back to pick up my car. He updated me regularly and phoned me as soon as the car was ready. Didn’t have to wait long as well to pick up my car. That’s what you call a customer focused, friendly and efficient service. Thanks Chris for looking after me today. Your friendly and efficient service is much appreciated.

Chris really looks after you in the parts / service department and Hyundai warranty is as good as its word. He's always available to talk to and calls back when he says he will which really makes all the difference. Ive got a lot of confidence in their Guildford branch as it was a good experience buying it too.
