Once they have your details expect to be spammed for years with their junk mail. Since 2023 I've repeatedly requested them to remove me from their database, and yet they have failed to do so. Have now resorted to reporting them to the ICO.

Went to look at a car at the Fareham branch. The service was amazing and Peter Fowler made the experience exceptional. He spent the extra time with us to go around the car showing us what is what. He then gave us options of a good test route to take. On return, he spent the time and went thoroughly through all the information needed. Not pushy at all and made car buying easy. Great sales people quick efficient service

We have just taken delivery of a car from Richmond Motors, Mo was fantastic to deal with all through the transaction, so much so they he even arranged for the car to be delivered to me in North London. Car arrived for my daughter with a big red bow on it which was lovely. Cannot recommend them (Mo) enough. Many Thanks

I recently purchased a bmw from Richmond fareham, I live all the way in cornwall so it was a tricky situation with travelling so far however Mo who I went through the whole process with was fantastic. He made everything so clear for me and I was able to secure the car and trade in my peaugot so easily. The guys at the dealership when we arrived were so welcoming and appreciative of how far we’d travelled and I was over the moon with my car. I am so so impressed with the dealership and a big Thankyou to Mo for his amazing help.

I visited Richmond Motor Group - Mitsubishi (Fareham) as I was contemplating part exchanging my car. After leaving an enquiry regarding a vehicle that interested me I received a call in less than 12 hours. I was reassured that everything would be done to meet my budget and they kept to their word. The team was friendly and supportive and I felt at all times that my satisfaction was their TOP priority. From entering the building to test driving the vehicle my whole experience was top notch. Even when I felt that things may not have worked out I was assured and reassured that they had my best interest at heart. I would personally like to give special mention to Mr. Simon Simpson who from start to finish was very professional, friendly and easy to speak to. His knowledge and jovial attitude kept me at ease! He went above and beyond to ensure that I had an overall 10/10 experience!!! BZ.

I would just like to point out that the 1/5 is generally for the car I bought itself. For general customer service satisfaction from the dealership I would rate 3/5 - I would give 5 stars but the cars advertisement stated the car had USB input however after research and fiddling around this turned out not to be the case plus the sales department came across a little pushy for sale when exchanging emails when I wanted to think about the overall purchase. Admittedly I wasn’t entirely sure at the time on the car and looking back on it I shouldn’t of purchased it (entirely my fault not theirs) Apart from this I found the salesmen (sorry I cannot remember his name) friendly, knowledgeable and done what he could to get a good price for me. Unfortunately the car itself hasn’t been a very good choice for me and am currently experiencing several problems with it (currently awaiting repair quote elsewhere as it’s most likely cheaper that way). The more I drive it the more I miss the car I part exchanged with.. overall more of a learning curb for myself tbf and not all Mitsubishis fault. I personally wouldn’t buy another Mitsubishi again but i’m sure they’ve got plenty other WAY better options available that are worth paying a little more £££ for.. a Skoda perhaps?
pssssss - if you’re thinking of buying a Mirage in general just DON’T. Their rare for a reason. If you’re buying an entirely different car from them you should be okay?
