Other guys in the showroom very nice too..sorted me out an espresso as I was knackered from being up at 4.30am to get train!

Changed my Suzuki for a different Swift model at Richmond Suzuki Fareham at the end of January - the teamwork from Sam Oxenford and Wil made the experience feel very worthwhile, and nothing was too much trouble for them. There were some problems with documentation or paperwork, easily overcome (eventually) and helped by their positive approach problems. Good customer experience.

Me and my wife were served by Mr. Mou who was very professional and with great welcoming attitude after he came out side of the show room just about when we were leaving the site. We end up by buying the car after that. That’s what we call a super sales man.
